No the version before had already bugs about 404 error after click on add item,add review.
I think you knew the the import demo had a problem because you wrote this in the forum : if your import is not completed, please download our theme again or replace this file ( http://javothemes.com/forum/knowledgebase/if-your-demo-is-not-imported-fully-please-replace-this-file/ ) we found some of them had a problem with import demo depends on download environment. this one works fine.

Anyway, i spent 6 hours to install, uninstall , i used the new file mentionned in your post but the import still not working.
I bought a lot templates there, this is the first time , i met some many troubles with your template.
JAVO DIRECTORY 2.0 is not ready for sale , too many bugs , impossible to use this template.
The problem was very short time and fixed all. please download the newest version and you don’t need to replace any files. if you still have the problem, please request installation on our support site.

Ok thank you i fixed the data import, but the problem of post an item, post an review still exists since the old version :member/admin/my-item-list was not found on this server.
Please see what Mike wrote on your ticket. your server doesn’t allow to rewrite .htaccess file (it mostly allow). you need to copy and paste the code via FTP or provide him a temporary FTP access.

I have two support queries please:
1) The ability to claim a business. I have created a dummy user and added an item. Admin has approved this but the item is still showing ‘Own This Business’ on the item page even though the item is in the control panel/profile of the dummy user I have created.
2) On the item page the ‘About Us’ box (next to Location, Events etc) is white in Internet Explorer but in Firefox it is Blue.
Please can you advise.

Hello and a very big congratulations for your work. For now I have some suggestions for future updates, at the submission page. I suggest to specify the sizes of the images to download. This will prevent users add images of different dimensions anyhow.

Greetings, I apologize in advance for the long message. I was convinced that I’d purchase your theme, and still want to. It is visually appealing and has some great features and I know that there are more on the way; but I am concerned about the search/filter functionality. I have tried every search option that I can find in the demos and unless I am missing something basic, none seem to work as I think that they should.
Specifically, if I share my location or enter my zip code the map goes to my location and draws a circle, which is good, but when I select a category or enter a keyword I am taken to another part of the world where there are listings using the category or keyword. It seems that the location doesn’t “stick,” even though I can still see my zip code in the location field. Instead, I get results from other parts of the world. Location seems like the first priority when it comes to this type of directory. Is it possible to make the location stick? I’ve tried the little lock on the map but that doesn’t do it.
If not, a clean approach might be to add a “set and lock location” feature at a prominent location in the theme—even an item on the menu bar would work. The user could select: 1) always current location (which would be suitable for mobile devices), 2) static location (which may or may not be the current location), 3) specific country or region of country (options set up by admin), or 4) global. Users should be able to set a search range for the first two options and, of course, be able to re-set and -lock the location on-demand.
I think that it would be much smoother navigation for the vast majority of users if the locked location were automatically inserted for every search/filter function throughout the website. And users won’t get confused and tasked unnecessarily by suddenly being taken to another part of the world because the category or keyword they’ve entered is not active in their area but is active elsewhere.
In the least, it would help if all of the existing modules for the search/filter functions had a final ‘enter’ button and that you activate the search for all of the fields at the same time. That should keep the map in place and only display or list valid items in the search area—or none if there are none.
Please advise me if I am missing something basic here. I am open to the possibility and would prefer it. And if I did miss something basic and have taken your time needlessly, please accept my apology. I so want to use your directory but need to get over this issue. Thank you.

I’ve reviewed a lot of comments in the support forum (both pre-sale questions and purchased folks like me). We all seem to concur that the theme does not work well on iPhones and other devices.
As of now, my only real main issue is that the theme doesn’t support SUB MENUs at all right now. Is that a bug or is that a known feature the theme doesn’t have?
I hired a programmer to me with my Desktop experience of building out amazing Directory sub-menus and subs of subs, but this never worked via devices (except ipad or tablets).
I would be grateful for some help as this is my own real issue for me affecting launch of the site.

a map didn’t work shortly and it has been fixed since 2.0.1 version. it mostly works for other device as well. some of them are out of our theme issues such as plugin conflict.

Pre-Sale Question: I would love to buy your theme, but it seems your theme is not very responsive. I saw so many issues when tried to view it on iPhone 5s. I would suggest that you guys should focus more on making it really responsive because more than 50% people nowadays browse websites on their cellphones. Try using google chrome, right click and select “Inspect Element” and then from upper right corner select iPhone 5s and you will see what I am talking about.
