Guys, can you please fix the issue of navigation menu breaking into mobile on laptops, i see that few people asked you to fix this without your response! It’s a HUGE issue, probably the number one issue your theme has, so please find time to fix this and release an update! I’ve seen here you said over a month ago you will fix this, its really too much of a time to be sitting on resolving something so problematic after people bought your theme! Please resolve it!

I got a really bad review due to this theme, a complete waste of time and money. Again: can i get a refund please. 1. it didnt work as shown as the documentation 2. I was told by you that its due to goddady and they are 100% sure it isnt 3. As you saw other themes were working and this one didnt.

When in responsive mode, it appears that the images are bound together in 2s. Instead of every image being above it’s related products to the left/or right in desktop version, some images are – but rest are not.

Can the order of the large images be changed?

Is there anyway to fix or change this in your CSS to associate larger images with right products on the following pages?

These will have to be viewed on mobile devices to see what is explained above.

Since the theme didnt work on go-daddy and you did witness that how can i get a refund?

You said only through envato themes? And they are failing to answer back what is the way to proceed with this?

I’m truly sorry to see you’re still having this roadblock.

For some reason, the servers setup seems to be our culprit here. Looks like other people have similar problems, even with other themes on GoDaddy: http://mysitemyway.com/support/topic/infocus-theme-activate-triggers-internal-server-error

Your WordPress site returns a 500 Internal Server error even when I try to upload the theme, not just activating it, It did the same things randomly while checking. I guess we would have known by now if the theme would be unusable.

You should test the theme on a local setup or a different server. You’ll see it works.

I am assuming you’ve requested a refund on this page here: http://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new If that’s the case, I can only suggest to be patient, I am sure Envato gets back to everyone. Wish I could tell you more about the status, but as theme authors, we’re not the ones handling marketplace payments.

Thanks, already been through the documentation. Could you give me exact steps and settings that you used for your full screen video example for the Poster iame to appear correctly on your example. Before I purchased the theme, you gave the same exact answer. Now that I have purchased and recommended to 3 of my mebers, I expect a little more support.

Exporting the settings from your Revoslider would help in sample version of theme. You could send them to me via open ticket in your minimal, limited support forum.

The example included in dummy data does not include settings for the revo-Slider. Now could you kindlty give me the steps or export the settings for the revoslider for this theme, so that I can figure out for myself. I recommend themes everyday to clients. I have held off on this one because of this problem, which I did not get an answer. This is the first thing people see on mobile version of theme, if it is blank, then the theme has failed.

great Theme, but if you don’t supply purchasers with ALL dummy data, it is hard to duplicate your examples, which would be the reason why most purchase your theme in the first place.

Thanks, I think I may have resolved issue, it was a caching problem that was slowing down seeing changes as i was trying to resolve yesterday.

however, strange thing – mobile chrome at one point autoplayed the viseo responsively on the Android device. Could not duplicate though.

2 quick questions :

1. is there a scroll back to top arrow function for pages? I have a long scroll page that i would like users to be able to return to top easily.

2. Is ther ea way to have coloumns in the footer? i would like to have 3 coloums

1. There’s no built-in option for that but I’m sure you can find a free plugin out there to help your with that.

2. You won’t be able to change the number of columns, the space should be equally distributed based on the number of widgets your’re using.

Yes, It comes with importable dummy content that will replicate the page layouts you see in the demo. The images won’t be imported, they’re replaced with blank so you can easily upload yours instead.

I have 1 more question. Can I give additional information on Tag and / or Catagories? So when I click a Catagory or Tag, the Additional Information of Catagory or Tag will appear.

False advertising. I buy the theme thinking i would get the advertised “FREE” Visual composer and it can’t even be upgraded. I have to spend another $28 to get the latest version. Typical online tricky sales BS

The Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme. We’ll always make sure to include the latest version in the main theme package so you can update yours. This mean you won’t have to purchase a separate license.

I’m very disappointed! I did not yet have a poorer service than with this theme! You have my money – achieving your goal.

I’ve got an answer via Support-Ticket-System. The answer was only stupid blabla. Worst support ever, Ever, EVER. You can by this nice theme, but only if you never need any support! Bye bye “Get Bowtied”, you will never get any further penny of me!

This theme looks great, there are just two things I would like to be able to do that I don’t see in the demo:

1. Being able to hover over the Cart and see an overview of the products in it.

2. How will the theme look on different devices when I’m using multiple language selection (WPML)?

I understand your demos can’t include the images because they’re subject to copyright, but are you able to export the slider so that I have all of the text that’s added over the slides and send it to me please? Its so much harder re-creating those slides (the text above the images on the slider) from scratch when you don’t know how to do it than it is to modify one that the theme author has already created.

I’ve mentioned this in a comment before. The navigation seems to be optimized for larger scale desktops (breaks into mobile around 1250px and down). This is an issue for many users dont have an iMac or larger scale desktop that can support such a width. I can not view it regularly on my 13” macbook without it being in the mobile friendly menu.

You said over a month ago that you would be putting out an update for the theme and to just purchase it and wait for it. Kind of glad I didn’t purchase as I haven’t seen an update since you said there should be one.

I understand that you are busy with your support tickets and that this theme is gaining alot of traction, but this is a HUGE thing to look over and not handle. Any support or information regarding your actions with the update would be kindly appreciated.

Hi I’ve noticed that, if you try to set standard font, such as ‘Courier, monospace’, it doesn’t shows up.

I just did a try looking in the css inspector. The font is inserted in the css as: ‘Courier, monospace, san serif’, so I tried to change it to just ‘courier’ and it worked.

Could you please check if there’s a bug on that?

Something that has been bothering me that I cant seem to restore is that while editing the splash page I completely changed it so the menu is showing on the top as rest of default pages. How can I do away with the menu only for this page so reads under construction. Thanks.

Hi i have open ticket support but it was 16 days a go a no answer, i can see here you give support faster, so here go my questions.

- how i control the opacity color on the background menu? – why i cross the mouse on the top bar the logo change the center position and when i out the mouse from the top bar the logo come to the correct position. – on the “about designer” page can you say the correct image size? – for the products images i need to know the best size image withouth lost quality.

“theme option” – “header elements” – ” Shopping Cart Icon” – i enable and insert PNG image 32×32 px and dont show ond the website

This is my 8 time i am traying get answer… it is difficult??????

Tomorrow if i dont get answer i will fix my rate to you and talk about support. just answer and solve the problems, i can see other people with the same difficult.
