Hi, great theme!
I would like to show the whole header main menu an not the “Menu Button” so early, is there any custom code to adjust when the main navigation turns in to a mobile menu?

This is a known issue that seems to be showing that menu up even when not viewing the site on a mobile device, probably you’re using a smaller screen laptop. If you enlarge the screen, you should see the full desktop navigation.
We’ll include a fix for it in the following update that will be released somewhere next week. Join the theme’s mailing list and we will let you know as soon as the update is released.

Romi here this time, Adrian is away at the moment.
I think what you’re trying to achieve would be to transform the site into a multi-vendor/marketplace thing. WooCommerce doesn’t come with such a built-in option, but you should be able to achieve it with the use of 3rd party plugins. I know there are plugin out there for that, we just haven’t tested with any so far, so you should make some research online.

Hey Romi, thanks for the prompt response. Still checking out the theme and the documentation. I just have a question though, how can I add a product slider on visual composer? All it shows is just list and no slide. Is there an option that I’m missing on the documentation?

Adrian here this time. At the moment, sliders instead of lists are not available with Shopkeeper but we’ll include those and probably a new option too in a future update. Since you’ve been asking for it, I’ll +1 the existing request to push things forward.

The team is already working on this request. We’ll add an new option in the Theme Options panel that will allow you to adjust the breakpoint to a lower one. We’ll include this feature in the following update. I’ve added a +1 on the existing request.

Hi i have open ticket support but it was 1 mounth and got no answer.
- how i control the opacity color on the background menu? – why i cross the mouse on the top bar the logo change the center position and when i out the mouse from the top bar the logo come to the correct position. – on the “about designer” page can you say the correct image size? – for the products images i need to know the best size image withouth lost quality.
“theme option” – “header elements” – ” Shopping Cart Icon” – i enable and insert PNG image 32×32 px and dont show ond the website

Just to say I’m OK now as Alexandra from support has got back to me about the bug of the logo not appearing in the centre.
Thought I’d post here also to help anyone else, they are sorting it for the next update but temp fix is add this to your custom code
.wrapper_header_layout { position: relative; right: -20px; }
Then you just change the figure -20 till you get it to appear right for you. Mine looked right on -33px.

Hi Guys! Great theme! I have been loyal to you through the Retailer and now this one! I do have a slight issue though – love the canvas menu on the right-hand side. How did you put a link to it in the main navigation menu in your demo? (You put an icon with “FEATURES” written there and it opens the canvas menu).

There are no extra options for the off-canvas sidebar. It inherits the global styles (fonts, colors) set for the theme. Since you’re asking about it, I’ll mark your note as a feature request.

I second with you, Mirandavidak! It’s literally one of the only things that’s prohibited me from going ahead and purchasing the theme. Part of me wants to get it and just take a stab at the JS that controls because it seems their support obviously can’t do it. Not sure if it’s worth the $60 gamble though.

i’m using wpengine to host it. www.sanfranpsycho.com and in the wpconsole error log, this shows up for almost every page.

A complete waste of time and money. Again: can i get a refund please. 1. it didnt work as shown as the documentation 2. I was told by you that its due to goddady and they are 100% sure it isnt 3. As you saw other themes were working and this one didnt.

Hi guys yet again
This theme is just perfect for me and its only this is the only issue I’ve had and asked nicely numerous times on support and here.
I’m still stuck and awaiting an answer to my question about the Centered Logo / Split Navigation not quite showing in the centre of the screen and is off to the left slightly. Here is an example of what I mean from the demo page. http://grab.by/DsFe
On my site it does the same but is a pointed triangle it shows more obvious that its not in the centre and doesn’t match up with the centre of my header titles.
Please, pretty please, all the pleases in the world can you inform me how I would go about moving the navigation menu to the right some to centre it or do it in an update.
