Does the rttheme 18 allow an external link that opens on a new tab as one of the main menu items? The key is for the menu tab to open no a new tab and not on the existing one.

1) There are 4 images in that page and they go below each other on mobile view. This is how it is coded by css. If you want to have this behave differently you will need to recode the theme css code. I must admit i havent tried it, so i can not confirm this if it will work and i believe it is not easily done. Out of the box the theme cannot do so.
2) the plus sign will goto the lightbox popup, after that full screen can be activated by the top Arrow.

Did you activate the theme before importing the data? You should do so otherwise the post types dont exist and you get these kind of errors.
If you did and you still have these issues then please contact your hoster as there is a issue with the server importing this. We do not have any issues importing the demo content.

You will only see it when you have a shop page set to category layout and not to product layout. Checkout the woo settings for that to swicth the shop layout.

Couple of questions…
1) On the Front-end submission, could the fields be edited for example, include additional size options aside from square foot ect (as the rest of the world uses different units) and if so, does it convert these unit automatically? How about currency, is that easily custumizable_
2) In the agents dashboard, is there a quick search option for finding their properties…. also, could I asign a admin agent agency owner to be able to view all other agents properties to keep track of work? like entire list of the database for client management purposes.
3) WPML is no longer free, there is others alternative I know, but is there any known issues with any of them?</blockode>
My client is a Nicaraguan Real Esate Agency Owner and he loved the design but I would like to cover possible deal breakers. Aside from the questions asked, could there be any factors that you, the develpoer can think of that would affect the use your theme in a spanish speaking countrty, with diffrent measuring units... I appreciate a timely response.. becuase Ill be buying this like today.
I AM EXTREMLY intrested in buy the license that allows me multiple sites because I have a high demand for site from independant to agencies.

1) I have no idea what you are after please refrase so i can understand and answer that question.
The Currency can be set for the products as they have a currency field.
There are no conversions build in for metric values. I think you should serach for a real esate plugin with those abilities. This theme does not have that or maybe theme specially designed for real estate if you are building a real estate website.
2) The agents dashboard? I dont know that term wp has a wp-admin area. And besides filters that has a default search field in any post type to narrow down the list of items.
3) WPML is support by the theme. Any other language plugin not. We know some users are using polylang and have not heared of issues. But we dont support that or other language plugins other then wpml.

The login register ability comes with the woocommerce plugin and can be turned on off once the plugin is active.
If you use another shop plugin you need to code it in. But we have a tutorial on that on the forum.
But the theme has code to support the woocommerce plugin not other shop plugins.
The payment system you can choose from the woocommerce plugin addons. There are many payment gateways available on the woocommerce but also on http://codecanyon.net which is a plugin selling website that also sells payment gateway addons for woocommerce at as far as i know “valuable” prices.
