I downloaded the update but it seems it is still 1.3? also Master Slider is not latest version released 5 days ago. Is there a place in support I can grab latest plugin versions?
I think you’re mistaken. Coz we’re downloading the latest version of plugins and include that way right before uploading files. Try to download package once again if necessary. Thank you.
Hi – thanks for fast reply. Yeah, re-downloaded and Master Slider is V 2.9.7, VC is Version 4.3.5 and also the theme Rosie is version 1.3 – not 1.4 Is there a delay do you think?

2- We update our themes constantly for recent version of plugins, bug fixes and developments.
3- Yes, you can. Only condition if your font supports your native char set.

I’ve been having numerous issues with this theme. I have also opened numerous tickets and my issues have yet to be solved.
Some issues include: -Not being able to properly set a static front page and posts page. When I do this it changes the pages I have customized (it doesn’t show the custom page, instead it shows the title of the page and a blank page). Now when I remove the static front page and posts page options, my default page (when I type the website URL in) goes to the same random blank page mentioned above. -The contact form states that every single email address “doesn’t seem to be valid” email addresses from gmail, hotmail, yahoo, personal domains, everything…
As I have mentioned, I have made numerous tickets but still do not have any solutions and would really appreciate some sort of ‘support’.

Hi there.. I submitted a ticket on your support forum 2 days ago and no response. I wanted to know how to remove the cart icon from the menu. I couldnt see any option in theme options, or a widgeted area.
Hello, due to weekend we’re not able respond tickets on time. However seems you have installed woo-commerce. If you are not intent to use woo-commerce you can simply deactivate plugin. That’ll remove the icon from the menu. On the other hand if you don’t want the icon on the menu you need to edit “functions/functions.php” and remove lines 1785-1800

Better take backup of your plugins and existing theme, just in case for reverse back. And then you can override on existing theme, no data will be affected.

All the pages has individual Sidebar options that could be found on Page Options section which placed under your editor. Don’t forget to create a dynamic sidebar before processing.

Hi, i have a problem with the portfolio, whatever i try to setup, i can’t have the video over the title and not below… I don’t see “Use Custom Thumbnail” in portfolio option, there is something like that on the right when VC is active but when it’s active there is no place to put the link of the video… Can you save me please? i only put video on my website…
