Has this feature been added yet as I think it is needed to stop losing members once there membership has run out?
1. If users pay through Paypal for 1 year membership, could it inform users automatically by the system one month before its due date that there listing needs to be renewed?
2. If users pay through bank transfer for 1 year membership, could we activate its membership and inform users automatically by the system one month before its due date.

Yes we already have them. it’s on membership level settings. it’s not enough space for the detail information.
As you know this is a pre-sale question place for potential buyers which we give them brief information. if you keep leaving your issues/ questions here, others also leave. then there is no meaning to have support site and some people are waiting for theirs turns. I really feel not comfortable if we give some benefit for some comment on TF than not support site. and support team has much better answers than I have.
If you don’t mind, please help us little bit to assist you.

I might have to lower my rating of your theme very soon as my tickets on your forum are:
1) not getting answered correctly -the solutions being given are not solving the problems
2) not getting updated on the forum itself – in other words, when your staff replies with what is supposed to be a solution which does not solve the problem, I then post my update to let you know that the problems are not being solved at all, but my updates do not appear on the tickets, so I have no idea whether you are seeing my replies to your replies. Very inefficient forum system.
3) it also appears that some members of your support staff are having difficulty understanding what the problem is.
And to have to wait for after the weekend just to get wrong solutions that do NOT work is not good at all.

First of all, we are not working on weekend. our developers/support team need a break. they are working so hard on weekdays.
I have seen your 5 tickets.
2 of them were plugin issues and they gave correct answers.
the 3rd one is the item name is showing as titles. if not please let them know.
4th : this is way much customization. we don’t even have these feature such as price fields, currency, deeper locations, categories. you are trying to create a motor / car theme. we can’t help your customization. I am sorry about that.our support can only help setup your site like our demo. fix bugs or common issues.
5th: we will answer you very soon. we have so many support questions on Monday. therefore it delays little bit. if we don’t understand properly please give them little more details.
I hope you understand our situation. we are not avoid not to help. we can’t help customization.

I already know that you do not work on weekends, and that is why I said …”And to have to wait for after the weekend just to get wrong solutions that do NOT work is not good at all.”, which means I know that I have to wait until AFTER the weekend to receive a reply to my tickets.
the replies to my tickets re the plugins, like the problem with the Revolution Slider update, did NOT solve the problem and caused a new error message and I included that error message in my ticket reply to your reply to my ticket. So, No, the correct answers were not given since the problem still exists but with a new error message.
Also, please read my ticket #4 again – I was not, and I am not, asking you for customization. What I was asking, and am asking, is if your theme HAS the functionality to help me or my designer/coder create the website that I want or if I will need to buy a plugin for my designer/coder to work on. That is what my ticket was about – but I am not asking you to do the customization yourself. And I asked that question because my designer/coder suggested that I ask you so that he knows how to proceed with the customization of the theme.
So as of now, still unresolved tickets.

I just logged into my test site using this theme and set up a test user account but was still able to go ahead and post an item without making any payment! Yes, the payment option is enabled in back end. Once I left a review I was able to post a listing without being asked for any payment! Is this a bug?

Is there a way to list cafes with average price etc or add more things such as style of cafe or style of theme?
Is there also a way to add options to search these up so when selecting a Cafe that is Cheap and is Asian Cuisine, only those in that range is show in the search? Or is there already a plugin that does this?

I’m very close to purchasing this theme (nothing comes close to it), just have two final questions please.
When a customer posts an item via a front end submission, do they: Need to select their location from a predetermined list (eg Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, New York) or Just enter their location via text input
If they need to select their location from a predetermined list, does the admin need to first enter that location in order for it to be selectable?

They need to select one of predetermined locations for filtering and they need to add address for google maps.
Yes the admin needs to add location lists like categories. but you don’t need to add any address for google maps. the locations are not only using for any city names, you can use something else.
Hi Javo, Great theme 5 stars – but while I am optimizing it I notice it takes a little over 200 requests to load the theme. I have used several different caching options but was not happy with the results. I like to try to combine the .js and .css files but the plugins I use break the site.
Do you have a caching/minify plugin you use or recommend with this theme?

Like the theme a lot but a question. Do you have import and export features. I currently have over 200 clients I need to import and dont want to do them one by one. Plus want to always make back up copies of all clients and there ads, hence need a simple export excel feature. Is this part of the backend or IF NOT what would cost be to do a private job for this? Yes it’s possible. you can use an import plugins to import and you can also export from wordpress (default) export feature. these are mostly you can have them as backup however wordpress import /export is not perfectly working. I recommend you to backup database on my sql.
Hi, when I sign up for newsletter through mailchimp integration I receive this error “Invalid MailChimp List ID: da47c1e268”. I have double checked the API key and it is fine. How can I resolve it. Do I need to install any third party plugin for mailchimp to function as in the demo site?
