I am using this theme for a clients site, it’s a great platform, great job!
However I am having a few issues, on IOS or smaller screen devices (iPad, Smartphones…) the hero video is not showing, it displays a blank area, is there a fix to it?

Hi,
videos are not working on mobile devices, it’s a technical restriction. Therefore you need to upload a poster image which displays instead. There is an upload field stating “poster image” which needs to be used in this case.

The perfect theme! Is it possible to make the “WORK” section light box work with video links like Vimeo oder YouTube?

Ive built a PHENOMINAL website with this theme but i keep running into one major issue. My pages look perfect except sometimes when i change or alter them they sometimes completely remove them selves from the parallax order and or all together from the site. Where do you control the hierarchy of the parallax order. Every time this happens I have to re upload a demo and start from scratch. the website I’m testing it on is www.na-h2o.com

the order is defined by the menu order under appearance -> menu. While developing the website please make sure that the page cache is deactivated as well. You can find the option under “Theme Options” > “Advanced” > “Cache”. If you need further help please use our support forum.

Do we really have to change the html code to edit the text of the sections? That’s crazy!

how you come to this conclusion? Sometimes it’s necessary to mix shortcodes with content but that’s all. All the other stuff is configurable with the interface.

For instance, if i want to change the icons of the section Endless possibilities (Demo 13), it looks like I have to change manually in the text this part: icon=”fa-sitemap”. Is it correct?

in this case it’s correct. That’s one of the mentioned shortcodes which do not have an edit button only an insert button. Means inside the tool bar of your editor you can find a coloured icon named “Add Shortcode” which allows you to create these elements. this can happen if the old plugin cannot be deleted. In this case please follow these steps here: Delete the old plugin first and afterwards go to “Appearance” > “Install Plugins” and re install the plugin. You won’t have any data loss, only the shortcode won’t be displayed correctly for the moment you do these steps.

well in this cased please open your FTP Client , browse to wp-content/plugins and delete the ut-shortcodes folder. Afterwards please download the latest theme version here at themeforest ( choose the main package ) unzip it and inside you will find a plugins folder. Grab the ut-shortcodes.zip – unzip it and place the ut-shortcodes folder inside wp-content/plugins – now open your dashboard and activate the plugin under “Plugins”.

I cannot get the TinyMCE Advanced plugin to work w/ this theme. I need a more in-depth, user friendly back-end editor, where I can change the type attributes such as family and font size. Please advise, thanks in advance!

I have chosen to use google fonts in my theme, however, when using the visual editor, I cannot choose the font-family or font size. Even in the “format” menu, there is not option to choose font size &/or family. I tried to fix this by installing the TinyMCE Advanced plug-in, which offers many editing features. The plug-in is not working. How can I use a more advanced visual editor. The person who will be managing the site’s content does not know HTML. Please advise, Thank you!

well the configurations you are able to make inside the theme options panel are only affecting the elements they are corresponding too. Also the TinyMCE plugins seems to work in our installation but does not provide the required feature you are asking for. We recommend to use this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-font-manager/
Works flawless and you can easily manage all your font inside the tinyMCE. Hope this helps.

not without touching the theme code. It might be necessary that to you need to touch CSS and HTML Code in order to get the desired effect. There’s not built in option for that.

hello i am considering this theme for my next site and have a question.
i see you support video streaming in the folio section – is it possible to also play videos located on my own server – ie not youtube or vimeo? unfortunately many users to my site are not able to view youtube or vimeo videos at work – so we need to host them ourselves.

- I didn’t see any gallery working with lightbox, with navigation to next picture or previous without exiting the current picture. But there are so many pages in your demos, maybe I didn’t see it. Is there a way to do it with your theme?

as long as you own enough licenses you can use it on different domains. One license for one domain. If you don’t want to present the web page to other users simply use a maintenance or coming soon plugin to hide the page. Hope this helps.

I’m currently not sure why you haven’t received an appropriate answer, since we are supporting every day from Monday to Friday. However the form is delivered by a plugin since the theme does not come with such a feature. I guess you are using Contact Form 7, so please contact their support if you are missing fields. If you are using a cache plugin, please make sure to empty the cache.

Hi, i just purchased a theme (not from you) that was showed with many various styles (like fullscreen background video or boxed or this or that).. however, once bought i got no templates, no images, nothing.
I don’t care to not have images, but i would like to know if by buying your theme i will at least have all sliders settings, all text, etc… so i just have to edit file and link to get it working. Or we will have to redo all slider and slide settings, etc… ?
