I love this theme and I have tried many times to use it. OK, but this will happen with every update. I use one of the largest hosting companies in the US and I am running approx 50 wordpress sites, this is the only theme that produces these errors.
Last I see theme was capatible with woo commerce 2.2. Can we safely update to woocommerce to 2.3???
Hi andrey, i have submit a ticket, about pagination showing weird.. currently my site have 7 shop pages, the pagination is missing the number 5. and been replace by dots ”...” but if i move to page 2, the number”5” appear correctly.
and i’m using woocommerce, and found out that the radio button and the checklist button did not display as it should when i view my site with chrome. can you fix this?
Hi hansonleo, the dots are normal way to separate the first pages from last pages. If you have for example 20 pages you will see the 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 … 18 | 19 | 20 | -> About your check box i’m thinking this is because of the major WooCommerce 3.5 interface update. The theme officially supports versions before 3.5. I’m planing to release soon support for 3.5 but can’t tell exactly when.

I submitted a ticket (#379670) over 4 days ago and have not had any reply. My client has emailed me half a dozen times since then and I can not resolve an issue with the theme.
I am having an issue with the AMY Page Builder. When I click “edit text block” on a text block within a section the builder opens the “section title” instead. I am definitely not clicking the wrong button. If I click it a few times I can eventually get it to edit the text block.
In addition, after hitting “update” the changes are almost never saved. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

I’ve uploaded the (unzipped) file and I believe it may have helped the issue of the theme opening “section title” when “edit text block” is clicked. However, when I edit a text block and click “save” the edit window closes and the changes are not saved. If I re-open the text block editor I can see that nothing has changed and if I click “update” the text block remains the same on the front end but the section title changes to “section.”
So, I’m still having a major issue with not being able to make edits to the page.

Hello, I can’t found where I can set up a custom Search Page on AMY settings. My current search page is kinda broken and I can’t really fix it by using css.
We are currently using V1.3, mzuker bought this theme I’m just working on it,

I’m having huge problems importing demo content for this theme. Half of the items that needs to be imported is broken links and post types. My web page doesn’t look anything like this template. Everything is broken.
And link to demo content online leads to password protected site with no chance to register.

Please check your ticket. That half of items was for woocommerce products and because you don’t have installed woocommerce the importer was ignoring them. Your demo content is installed just fine

Yes it will be the same without copyrighted images. They are replaced with placeholders

I need four aid:
1 – by adding the element (AMY Portfolio slider/grid) appears this error:
Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php
2 – the menu is a bug , only allow me to click on the links after the carousel run until the end
3 – removing the magnifying glass is within the home as both sliding the (AMY Portfolio slider/grid), just leave the button link.
4 – how can I click a menu item , and it opens the footer ?

I have 5 products that I want to show on the homepage slider but only 2 products show up on the slider. The third product only loads on the slider when I select the second product. the third product loads when i select the fourth product and so on..
.I am on AMY Version 1.3. I cant load the 1.4 as I have made a tons of changes and dont want to lose it.

You have to create normal page and the select it in AMY Settings
