First, let me just say it’s a great theme. We really appreciate your hard work!
Our site is in Hebrew (RTL), so the logo can be displayed either on the right or on the center of the header.
However, we would like to display the logo on the left, the announcements on the center of the header and the search box on the right. Is this something that can be easily done? Thanks

Ok, so our RTL setup flips the header positions as standard putting the logo to the right and the search on the left. You’re looking for the regular header but in an RTL view.
Best way would be to use a child theme (one is included in the theme zip) and modify the order of the grid within header.php – it’s based upon bootstrap and should be fairly straightforward.

Another RTL issue – the items in the Mega Menu are aligned to the left, not to the right, which is how we want them to appear. We tried adding css to “Theme Options” > “Custom CSS”, but it didn’t do the trick.

We’ll look at adding a theme option for this in the future. For now, some custom css will do it within Theme Options > Custom Code

Yes this is the latest – but I suspect you’ve updated the theme incorrectly. e.g. if you compare the image on your dev site

Hi the 2 checkout button issue is specifically related to using WooCommerce 2.3.X with Adrenalin 1.3.1 and below. This definitely means you’re not using 1.3.2.1
Please double check this as I’m certain you’re not using the latest version if you’re see 2 buttons like that. If you still can’t solve it after checking it again please send me your site details to support@commercegurus.com along with your WP admin user/pass.

I’m trying to find out how to combine the user billing information with the normal username password fields in the my-account page.

The page banner only appear on pages where you use the Left or Right sidebar page templates. Otherwise you should be using content strips.

Ok, upgraded WC to 2.3.3 using latest version of theme, its working but now there is another problem: the WC search widget inside “Header Search” is broken (probably css problem). I had to remove it meanwhile to show the site to a client.

Do you mean the categories in the mega menu?
Goto Appearance > Menus and click ‘Screen Options’ at the top. Ensure Product Categories are ticked.
They will then be available to be dragged into the menu.

I just downloaded the theme yesterday and am mostly loving it so far.
I’m not sure what has happened, but suddenly the Latest Product Carousel and Featured Products Carousel have disappeared. The non-product carousels are still appearing fine. My products are appearing elsewhere on the site—just not in the carousels. Have you experienced this before? Any guidance?

When you editing slider then choose Slider Settings, misc and yourlogo menu can not be set

This isn’t a theme issue per se – there looks to be a conflict between the latest version of LayerSlider and the YITH Ajax Product search plugin. You can temporarily deactivate the Yith plugin, make your LayerSlider changes and then reactivate the YITH plugin afterwards.

Minicart should be translated fine – check in an incognito window of Chrome – old sessions might be stored.
Re: Search Products string – you’ll need to change this within the yith-woocommerce-ajax-search.php file.

Re: update process – it’s not enough to just replace those files. Lots of other files have changed.
My advice is as follows: 1.) BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP – do nothing until you have backups of your site and DB 2.) Create a copy/staging/test instance of your site – NEVER run updates on your live site – really important for eCommerce sites 3.) Update WooCommerce 4.) Update the theme using something like the Envato Toolkit or Easy Theme and Plugin updates plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ 5.) Test, test, test
Once you’re happy everything is ok – repeat the process on your live site.

Hi, thank you. I think i need to manually update/replace the template files because of other custom edits. Replacing the 5 woocommerce override files seems to make Woocommerce happy (They just did another release!). Is there a list of the other files that changed ?

Yes manually updating those files will make WooCommerce happy but that isn’t sufficient to be running the latest version of Adrenalin.
My advice would be to move your custom edits to a child theme so you can freely update the parent theme easily in the future.
The diff between 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.1 is below but I wouldn’t recommend updating manually as you may introduce bugs to your specific version which we won’t then be able to support.

No, what I want is that the subpages have this effect thumbnails. the same windows options home, but options subpages.
So, so you mean create a regular page with a grid of images linked to categories? That’s no problem.
On a WooCommerce listings page however (e.g. http://adrenalindemo.commercegurus.com/product-category/men/jackets/ ) it would not be possible as it’s a WooCommerce template and is not editable.

When the logo is resized through the browser, it gets really chunky with no antialiasing. Especially in IE. How can I prevent the logo from resizing or otherwise prevent the poor scaling?

IE is known to have trouble scaling images. If it’s resized proportionally according to the height of your header it’s likely to be better. So if your header height is 80px make the logo 160px in height.

Thanks for the quick reply! As far as I can tell, the bicubic scaling has been disabled since IE9 – pretty amazing job by Microsoft. Can you offer any tips on disabling the scaling altogether?

You really need to redesign how the header works and remove the downsampling feature which would mean re-thinking how to handle the retina ready logo. This is not really feasible at present. We may change this at some point in the future of 99.9999% of customers are very happy with how this works right now so the alternative would have to be very compelling for all customers AND solve the IE limitations – which in all honesty is not likely!
