Hi a quick question- I want to insert a video streamed from youtube on a ‘full size video page’ gallery item, please advise where to insert the video source within this gallery page. Also, alternatively, where to insert an uploaded video (within my wordpress media folder) into a ‘full size video page’ gallery item, and what video specs would you recommend for this (ie size, mov or mp4, etc)? One more thing, how to get a picture that is not landscape but portrait to show correctly (ie without being cropped as it is forced into fullscreen on ‘full size page with slider with thumbnails’. Is there a code to make portrait pictures fit to screen- I don’t mind if the edges on either side are black? Thank you again

I’m on a roll here: how do you insert your logo image at the top of the (left) menu bar, I do not see an option for that in the theme settings, yet in your creative demo you have inserted your logo there (above the language selection)? To insert your own video file, you should have it in ogg and mp4 formats both. Because of browser compatibility. Just switch to Visual editor, there click “add media” link – it default wordpress option, there click video playlist link, and upload video files.

In theme settings, under gallery, there is “Show full size preview: Full” option, but this is only for expanding gallery. We don’t have option for single gallery to show as is, because of design.
For “Comments are closes” please send us email with url to that page, so that we can provide you with exact css code to insert in theme settings
For logo, please go to theme settings/home there is two places to upload logo, one for top menu another is for sidebar menu

Why not, but some manual entry is necessary. You create new page for each author, enter there gallery shortcode with category related to that author, then from about us page link each author to his/her page

theoretically yes, I didn’t tried, but shouldn’t be a problem. Just add from Ultimate shortcode, and let us result if there any issue
I tried but sadly it only displys the first google map and ignores the second one. It doesn’t even matter if it is new coordinates or if I copy the first code

Hi Lauraferreira, there is no limit in Wordpress for pages and galleries. You can create as many pages as you like. But this is Wordpress Theme, and it work only in Wordpress

1. Yes- In admin panel you have an option to specify default navigation – top bar or sidebar menu.

3. They are icons, you can eigher place other icons, or just enter image
4. You can customise it, if you have some html/css knowledges
5. Yes, you can have whatever block you wish on home page, even 2 gallery, or 3, as separate block
6. Yes, the same as in onepage, you can have blog section on homepage too.
Hi, I have a problem with template. If I want to upload a files like pictrures or videos, the maximal upload limit is 2 MB. I download a plugin WP Image Size Limit and it don’t work. After that I watch a tutorials how can fix this problem and I try to fix this problem on FTP.On tutorial was, that I must create a new text document php.ini and there I can set the higher limit for update.That file I save to wp-admin via FileZilla and again it don’t works. Hi, Currently gallery posts (full page slider with thumbnail) are not scaling down to fit small resolution screens. Is there any way to fix this and make photos more clear on mobile phones and tablets?
Also, for some reason my filter selection bar isn’t functioning properly.. I have several gallery posts arranged into unique filters but clicking on menu filters does not re-arrange any of the posts…

Sorry, I should’ve been more specific! Single gallery with thumbs is displaying correctly as you intend (it will keep ratio and fill screen but this means part of the images are not visible if they’re not the same ratio as phone)... is there any way to have the images re-size and ‘fit’ the entire screen while maintaining their ratios? The image content I am using must be 100% visible on all devices
I understand now, ok if we show image in mobile as is, then it will not cover entire screen of your mobile, and it will be shown ugly.
This is a reason why you don’t see part of image in mobile, because it scale in the way to cover a screen.
I asked team member about this, and I’m waiting their alternative suggestions. I will let you know if we found some alternative variant.

About full screen gallery, there is no other option how to make it cover whole screen, it can be only cropped, to change aspect ratio is not an option, image will look distorted. You can choose images where main content is in center and at the sides is just some kind of decoration.

I have fixed the filters myself and that is understandable regarding the full screen gallery content. I noticed that Shortcode Ultimate can impliment a lightbox, is there a way I can open a lightbox when I click on a gallery post featured image within a gallery instead? Or should I just create a jquery function seperate to shortcode ultimate. I am unsure because I can’t find out how SU impliments the lightbox.
Hi, Ultimate Shortcode is 3rd party plugin, under tab “Mentas” only related to our theme shortcodes, all other shortcodes in that plugin might work, but not related with our theme.

Hi, I just purchased this item and customizing it, but I’m having troubles figuring out how to make a gallery post show a video like the demo under the Audio & Video filter. I create a gallery post, insert media into it, but whenever I click on the gallery post on the website it just shows the featured image instead of the video.

Hi, I´ve created a blog as a new page, and then I said all new articles appears there under “blog”. The proble is when I´m already at the blog www.usbcanarias.es/blog, I don´t see all the subelement that are under the pages in my menu (top menu). I haven´t found any problem so I´m not sure how to fix it. Is it that you can only create a blog with your “blog mansonry” or “blog sidebar” pages? thanks

Menus, layouts, pages are multicombination. It mean that any page you see on the demo site can work with any menu and layout.

Sure! You can create as many pages as you need, and place gallery categories there.

Idea is good, we could add this into to do list for batch upload. But problem in that you will still have to set image category, filter, title, and maybe desription and this is 70-80% of overall manuall work. So I don’t see big demand to do this, unless you have a better advice
indeed, there are things that may not be achievable automatically. But using Media Librairy Assistant all my media already have their filters and categories … So this plugin could possibly recover the filter and the categorie of the media to create the gallery, taking care to add the filter and detected category, especially the image to the one that is the longest to implement. I think it would be a very nice feature and which will help a lot of people as your theme is dedicated to agencies that want to show many pictures … thank you in advance

How do you make the sidebar visible on product pages? At the moment, the page is full width and has no sidebar. My image is a lot bigger and the layout is different. The demo looks totally different with an inverted title bar, and footer. I’ve imported the Demo-woocommer XML file and those details are not there.
Please advise how to achieve the same look as your demo.

If you make in theme settings sidebar visible, then it will be visible for products page too. In admin panel, Appearence/Theme Settings/Menu/ Check this “Show Menubar”

Photos are sorted by filters not by category. If you didn’t select category when you inserted shortocode, then all photos from all categories will be shown.
