I’ve found several comments so far about the contact form not working, but never any (direct) answers. My forms work everywhere else, just not on this template. Any suggestions, for not just me, but also others who are sure to have the same question over and over??
Hi, Thanks for purchasing EXCEPTION,
I Agree with you that there are many comments on the contact form, but this form was working very fine unless we added the Google recaptcha, I received too many comments about the difficulties on registering the keys and conflict with private and public keys, also the they didn’t like the captcha look with the template design.
So, i decided to change it to a more simple php captcha that doesn’t need any configuration,
the problem is that many buyers who bought the old template tried to update the contact us but with the existing captcha and the contact html file, and this made the conflict,
THE DIRECT ANSWER IS: Forget about the old captcha and copy the latest php folder and the new contact php files in the template root and just change the email and all are done

Hi Could you advise gow to change the time between each slide, at the moment they are going to fast from 1 to the next, i need anither 5 second delay but cant find where to do this, data-masterspeed does not seem to alter this.

Of-course not, the paid template files are not encrypted or even compressed, the files are simple, configurable and easy to use
By the way, I installed FileZilla and uploaded the files from the version : Light wide (from the package) and can not connect the theme to my website.

As I told you mate, it is not a wordpress theme, it contains HTML files that needs some development to be converted to wordpress.

I checked your Demo and I noticed that the page is kinda laggy for me and it took a bit until the page is loaded which is probably because of the Canvas ? Is this right or is it because your servers performance/location ?
Is there a lightweighted version of this package ? Speed is because of SEO and User Experience an important factor for me.

Any specific reason for not using Framework like Bootstrap, Foundation? Those framework are very strong and include many useful things like Accessibility etc.
i made this to save performance and to make it easier, i love frameworks but they include too many unneded things that waste time and flexibility.

I need some custom effects in Slider. I’m new new with Slider Revolution. However I tried a lot but it’s damn hard to code for effects and managing all elements. Is that any easy way to generate code? or can you help me with custom slider effect? My requirement is simple, not very fancy.
