If you have selected header 5 from Buddha Panel > Appearance > Header. The header 5 design comes with font awesome icons and a sub title in the menu. So you need to add the class name of corresponding icons within your menu items itself and the description field as shown in the screenshot.

You can have any icons you preferred to use with Menus easily from, http://fontawesome.io/icons/

Note: The images are not included in the theme package. If you need the images, we can send you the purchase link, so that you can purchase it.
