I would like to do custom development on this, can you give me best practices if there is not going to be a child theme – to manage updates?

The package doesn’t have a child theme, but I will consider that in the next updates. If you are going to do custom development and want to preserve the theme code intact, please take a look at this: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-create-wordpress-child-theme/ It’s very simple.It’s also very hard for a theme author to make everybody happy from the first release…right now I am collecting all the feedbacks and plan the updates. I am about to buy Reales Theme, but I’m not sure whether to buy the HTML or WordPress version! because I heard that Wordpress is not SEO friendly? What version you recommend for better SEO? If you can highlight the pros and cons of each! Thank you

There are a lot of SEO plugins for WordPress that can make it SEO friendly, and the advantage of using the WordPress version is that you have a lot of admin options.
Now, if you want to use the theme for developing a real estate application, I recommend you the HTML template version.
So both can do the job, depending on what you want to do.

Hi, I recently found out about this error, it is because you have an older php version installed on your server. There is a quick fix that you can do until I finish the next update: – open /libs/manage_favourites.php and replace $fav = []; with $fav = array();

Great work. I strongly urge you to have PayPal integration so agents will have to pay prior to posting.
Featured listings (listings that look different and stand out) should also be added, and the different pricing scheme for them as well for PayPal.

This is seriously the hottest real estate theme out there when it comes to design! Some questions though. Plans for any paid submission option (credit card, paypal) in the next update? Maybe with option to feature submitted property by paying extra fee. Furthermore, I wish to see option to add floorplans and attach pdf files to property description and to be able to print single properties and save searches and for admin to be able to review properties before they are being published. Any plans for any of these features in upcoming updates?

This looks amazing, It looks almost like airbnb.com and listify of theme forest. I am very much interested to buy the theme but have a very important doubt.
Can we have the property page as a one long page without the map taking up one half of the design. I feel its very important to give each property its own space.
Also will you be helping in making some little code changes as i wont be uisng it to list properties.

Greta work… I like it and shall replace my old page. I have a few questions that is quiet important.
WHEN I AM LOGGED OUT
1. Can I have a different start page. I not want to have the slider. I like a map or so. I could use PROPERTY LIST as start page but then my logo will not be visible… or can I set that?
2. Is there any page builder? I not really like the start page?
3. Can I add more filters/features or hide some of them?
4. When I click on agents, there is only one. how do it look when there is many?
5. Also, the map here is to zoomed and there is nowhere to zoom out?
WHEN I AM LOGGED IN
1. When I sign up or login I come to the start page for the site. I want be redirected to the ACCOUNT SETTING every time someone sign up or sign in. I use the test account right now and this appear. When I try to sign up I cant??? I need to do this so I see what welcome mail I get (how it look)
2. if I go to “Property List” when I am loged in for example, the white boarder on top. It hide all of the headlines.
3. When I submit a new property It says “You can drag the marker to property position”... but there is no marker on the map???
4. Can I set what fields that shall be requited when I submit or? If I not want one of them to be required can I remove that then?
