Love this theme, and I am almost ready to buy except for a few questions. 1. Does your free installation include setting the store up to look exactly like the live demo, with all photos, text, and videos (I really want that same exact surfer girl video appearing on the homepage)...do you set all of this up? 2, If the go pro surfer video footage on homepage does not come with it, where can I find it? Would you mind sharing the link? Is there a license available? 3. Would you be willing to swap out the slider on the homepage, and replace it with the surfer girl video?
My store sells beach clothing; that’s why I’m asking!

Okay, I know you can’t share the link for the surfer girl video publicly, but will you at least tell me if the same video you’re using is available as stock footage when you give me the link after purchase? : ) Sure, there are tons of stock video footage for surfer girls, but I fell in love with this video.

Hi there
The View more button should appear if you’ve inserted the tag. Switch to the text tab and ensure that it’s been put in correctly. It’s what we use for all blog posts and the button appears.
Re: sidebar, goto Theme Options > Blog Settings. You can turn off the sidebar there.

That link is password protected. Can you make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme and the Wishlist plugin. Also check your console for any js errors.

I´m trying to translate the mini cart in the menu. But for words “View Cart” & “Checkout” the translation will not impact and will not be not changed whatever I try.
I saw that this issue happened to other user without a solution yet.
Do you have an idea to fix it?

Done everything like in the tutorial, but the strings in the menu cart and in the wishlist are still in english – the rest of the page is nearly 100% in german.

p.s. re: mini cart strings – this is quite common and is usually just an old cart session – try opening the site in an incognito window
Can you use this theme on more than one site, or do you have to buy a license each time you are going to use the theme, like some of these other themes on here? I am going to have a retail and wholesale business, but each will have their own sites and I would like to use this theme on both sites.

Hey, I’ve implemented the mega-menu which works great on computer screen. However, on responsive mode for phone or tablet, it just says the product name and it has a child menu item that just says “image” which is the navigation label required to display an image when you have full width browser/screen
How are you supposed to implement the mega-menu but not ruin usability for phone and tablet users?

There’s no ‘image’ label in the mobile menu on the demo site that I can see? You can write whatever you like as the label anyway.

Well, I followed the directions in your set up, and the image displays as a sub-menu item with the text “image” on screens that can’t display the mega-menu images. A solution would be most appreciated.
Ah, ok – so you’re adding an image to the menu similar to our ‘Home’ dropdown in the demo?
http://adrenalindemo.commercegurus.com/If you take a look at the responsive view for that – you can see that you can change the label to anything you like, it doesn’t have to be ‘image’. If the instructions say that, apologies, I’ll get them updated.

- You can disable the product thumbnail hover effect if you like
- Turning off the ratings is a WooCommerce setting
- Price will have to be shown, the display of it – you’d need custom css to change
- Sidebars – it picks up the primary color for the top border on each heading. Again, you’d need custom css to change it further.

Thanks Simon. You’re so helpful. I want to ask another thing. In product page, I see that you divide it into 2 columns, 50% for product image and 50% for product summary. But my products have big and wide picture ( I know that when we click to the picture it will be bigger ) so can we modify it with the ratio is 70% for picture and 30% for the other. I think it will make the customer see the product more clearly from beginning and don’t need to click anything.

No that’s not a feature we support at the moment. For 99% of use cases, what’s there is more than enough for most people. You would need to extend this yourself via a child theme.

Hi guys;
we’re having an issue with this theme on www.inkinwater.com.au. When a user selects a product size, then a product print, they’re unable to go back and change the size; this also causes issues the other way (print, size, print). The clear selection button also doesn’t clear the selection; between the two of these issues, it’s incredibly difficult for customers to select a product.
Do you have any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Hello,
I am having a weird issue I have never seen before. Whenever I try to update a Plug-in or install a new one the website freezes during the installation/update and then my website gets an error message that reads “enabling maintenance mode”
How would I fix this so I can update or install new plug-ins?

This is a common issue with some WordPress hosts. It’s not a theme issue. It’s due to a .maintenance file being left behind after a plugin install/update.

Colm, thank you for the quick assistance. I am on the phone with my hosting company and he is trouble shooting the plugin errors. He did say that the 4 Plug-ins causing the errors were the 4 plug-ins that were installed with the theme originally during the first setup.
Have you heard of this happening to anyone else?

No – we’ve not had any reports of this previously – it’s unlikely to be an issue with those specific plugins – they’re all very well known plugins with thousands/millions of installs – it’s more likely to be some other factor.

My hosting provider found out what the issue was. I wanted to reply so that others can find this information useful. I had the account on a shared hosting plan with 20 Plug-ins so it was using too much RAM and memory to update. So to solve the issue I had to deactivate all the plugins and update individually which worked!

awesome theme so far !! Your not far away from another 5* rating 
Just one little thing that bugs me… I inserted a single image via VC and the image max-width sizing seems to not get accepted in Firefox. The image gets cut off due to overlofw:hidden by the websites frame (boxed layout) . But on Chrome and Opera, the image gets resized “to fit”.
I didnt modify any files or CSS – any ideas why this is happening?

Our mega menu is a bit different to that one – so it’s not really possible to match that one without you changing the theme code which we don’t recommend.
