The Demo Data Importing:

We have include the exported XML file from our demo, this allows you to quickly set up your theme the same way our demo is set up. Instructions on how to do this are below.

1. The XML file is included Within the download package Which will be used to import the content.

I have reviewed the files and found four folders with XML files (see picture)

question:

I have to import four XML files?

I have to import file “All Content”?

I’m trying to edit the list of images in my individual Portfolio pages. Have already uploaded the images to Media. But it’s not working. Your documentation is vague and skips this part entirely.

Your speedy response will be much appreciated. It’s a beautiful theme, but it’s ridiculously hard to set up. And the documentation sucks!

Hi there. First of all congrats for the great theme. I´m writing because im usin the version 1.2.1 is the most i like, but i have a litle problem with the portfolio page, it only shows 3 columns instead of the full page with spaces (like masonry) I dont know if i am explaining the problem ok. http://joselure.com/?page_id=1206 (if i do zoom out, cmd – it works as i would like it to work)

I am using your old theme. I am having problems with gallery list, since I added more than 10 galleries. When I add new gallery, old one gets overriden by new gallery.

I haven’t spotted anywhere I can set the max number of galleries in galleries list. I have changed

Can you provide a CSS to make a space between all gallery list items please? If I make a border to every gallery list item it does not look OK.

Bought this theme a year ago. Was satisfied, and therefore I bought a new license today so I can setup a similar one to my colleague. Now I´ve been sitting with this new version for an hour, and don´t get it. Where is all the templates for galleries? And the setup guide with all this code to copy paste. It looks like we went back 10 years in evolution. Please, money back.

I just installed the newest update and started fresh…but I cannot figure out how to get back to the look I had before. And it seems the documentation and format have changed considerably…nothing seems the same and I am totally lost. I’ve tried everything I can think of but no luck. And the new visual editor is not helpful at all.

For example, I thought I would start from using one of your demo themes to at least get me close to before. However, the documentation says to “copy it (HTML) to your Text Editor and then switch to Visual Composer Editor. Please read Visual Composer documentation which you can find the package first.” Then it says to “Add these lines of CSS code by clicking “Page settings” button before blue “Frontend” button:” for the CSS. Neither of those makes any sense to me and I can’t even find ‘page settings button before blue frontend button.” Help!

I have a problem with the way the date of my blog articles. From the second row, the order of posts is not displayed correctly. In the settings I have “date” set as sorting and “Post Alternative”. Nevertheless blog articles are reversed from the second row and the Order by date is wrong.

Can you please help me?

From old version to new version, HOW do I create portfolio and gallery now??? So my old portfolio and gallery with the previous version is all wasted and to be deleted?? I’ve been searching the comments section and everywhere I can on how to work with the new tools of new version. I just can’t find the answer. I have wasted 2 full days wracking my brain trying to figure it out while my live website is looking like a mess. Please point me to the right way!

Hello, I can’t for the life of me figure this one out. When a logo image is selected (as opposed to having plain text), in the mobile layout the first menu item indents to the right. It seems like an easy CSS fix, can you help me out?

It’s quite weird and annoying that everyone is complaining about the same thing, but instead of recreating the documentation so that it can be understood you are asking everyone to submit essentially the same support ticket. Like about 20+ other people I want my full width slider back which was so simple to do previously, so only God knows why you changed that. Feels like I have downgraded, and I might just go back to the previous version which made sense to use.
