Good morning to all of your fusion team. Thanks for excellent work about Avada. Please, I have this problems:
1/ Full width container bacground image does not fit the screen size on tablets (for ex. ipad etc.). Fixed parallax option used. The image is huge and not resized to tablet screen width. On mobile phone is it ok. Any recomendation?
2/ Have problem in blog grid shortcode, I cannot translate “read more” text. I edit avada.po, and translate it – works on blog page, but not in short code. Also try find all “read more” and edit all functins and php files at theme folder. Is it something special about translating short code? Where is the source for shortcode?
3/ Is it possible to view number of sharing in social box (mean counter next to social icons)

1. Are you up to date with Avada and Fusion Core? Make sure you are using Avada 373 and FC 1.6.2.
Also the fixed background is a fixed image, so it has to cover the whole screen area (width and height) so there will be some areas of the image that are cut off depending on screen size.
And in 3.8 we are enhancing parallax background greatly and they will be parallax on mobile, right now they are not.
2. It is definitely in the translation files. Please check out these docs: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/translations/ And open new ticket with our system so we can assist.
3. Not by default, we are going to add that sometime in the future though. For now you could check into the many social counter plugins out there.

Hi Ive installed this theme on a test server so that I could test it out first before I do it on my real site. It seems like I have to automatically update the theme to receive my plugins. Will this make a conflict when I use the theme on my real site and my test site?

Plugins come with the theme and you will be prompted to update them when you update the theme. That is how it is suppose to work when you purchase a theme that includes other premium plugins. There woudl not be any conflict as long as they are updated properly.

Can I have the site on 2 separate installs?
I have one dev site were I test things.
Then I add it to the real site.
The autoupdate required a api key and purchase code. Maybe this action kill the ability to have a separate test site?
According to the rules you can only use it on one site, but if its only a dev/test site then you should be ok. But the purchase code can only be used on one to auto update, so you would need to update manually for the test site.
I import the demo data but there is error occurs. Can you please give me the sql file to import? Thank you in advanced.

Like the layout/color schemes.
One feature you may not know about is the equal heights for full width container. If you place the first 3 blocks in a full width container and then the second row of 3 blocks in another, you can set equal heights to yes on both full width containers and then all the boxes will show at the same height. Hello Almost finalizing my theme. Few problems that are occuring.. 1. bbpress login widget doesnt show the register option. Its just showing the login option. How do i set it to register option? I have activated anyone can register option enabled. 2. While customizing builder element how do i set any element e.g Youtube Video to half on the left side and Tabs on the right side?

1. Hmmm we would need to see this firsthand, please open a ticket with our system and show the example.
2. When using builder, you can use columns and put content inside of them. So add a 1/2 col and put YT video inside of it, then add another 1/2 col and out tabs in side of that.

Once again AMAZING theme. Quick question, am I able to add padding to the top of the product pages only? I modified the “theme options” to remove it from all other pages, but how do I go about adding it to just the individual products page? Thanks in Advance!

But I’m a photographer too and I’m trying to use Avada to show my pictures portfolio… For this purpose, Avada lacks a good gallery management (a gallery post format, galleries styles, and – why not – a gallery portfolio format).

Hi guys! Thank you for your theme, it’s awesome! Anyway, I have had some problems during the import the demo content because initially my host isn’t enough speed. Then, they solved in part the problem and I could import demo. But the import has been partial. So I need to import sliders separately. How could I do? Can you suggest me a quick way to do it? Ok, I’ve read how to upload a slider but when I click on Choose File button and it ask me to choose one .zip file on my computer… Where can I find sliders in the avada’s folder?

Hi,
I have a problem to import avada classic demo content. I’ve installed and activated all the plug ins, but when I clic on Import demo content (classic), this error message appears: “Seems like an error has occured. Please double check the imported data. If incorrect, please use Reset WordPress plugin and try again”. And, when I look at my website it has only imported the avada blog demo.
When I try to do it again, it works, there is the successful message, but I have duplicate demo content on my website.
I’ve try to restart several times by using the Reset wordpress plugin, but I always obtain the same result: blog or duplicate content
How can I resolve this problem?
I bought your avada theme because i need my site works very soon and it doesn’t, please can you help me as soon as possible .

I know that may not matter in the end, but just wanted to clarify why this happens. We do everything we can to make it as smooth as a process as possible, but with the number of hosting providers out there, each with different server settings, this can still happen at times. But our support center details things like this with solutions. You can do a quick search to find answers. Or if you cannot find it, open up a new ticket there and you will have a direct conversation with one of our developers.

That is not a plugin that we include or have tested, but you should be able to find this info in the plugin docs or on the plugin page itself. I assume it is installing and activating alright? It is just the configuration of settings? There are also many linked in plugins out there so I woudl suggest looking on the website or WP plugin directory site of the one you are using, they should have docs there and instructions. You can also ask their support team.

Hi, I am trying to insert 6 boxes of text divided into 2 rows using fusion page builder. But my problem is the space between boxes is not removable. I can zero the space horizontally but between two rows space is still there can you guide me how to remove space between these rows. Below is the link, where u can see the 3 boxes of services then 3 boxes in the next row but there is space between these two rows.

Between the rows you should use the separator shortcode, it allows you to insert a positive or negative value. So you can adjust teh spcae more or reduce it with that.

Hello,
We have downloaded avada theme and successfully installed with wordpress 4.1.We have installed fusion core plugin, layerslider and revolution slider plugins. 1.When we tried import demo content, it doesnt’ work.It shows error message. 2.When we clicked the fusion page builder when adding new pages it doesn’t shows the feature options- template selections etc.it shows blank container with the delete, undo, redo icons only.
3.When we clicked the shortcode icon, it shows the loading image only. it is not showing the fusion shortcode popup.
Please give us solution for these 3 problems.This happens in my localhost system.I will upload the site to server only after completing all theme customization works.So please help us as soon as possible.
