Notify 6 is not displayed correctly in outlook desktop but it does on mobile sent out of salesforce marketing cloud. The left and right background borders are cut off

1. This template is compatible with Gmail but be aware that Gmail doesn’t support background images. 2. This template isn’t compatible with WordPress of any WordPress plugin. 3. You aren’t able to import this template into tinymce.

when I purchase the template will I be able to download the builder as well? in other words, will the builder be hosted under my domain name or under your domain name? I need to host the builder on my server, is this possible?

Notify 6 is not displayed correctly in Gmaill app. I know it does not support Media Queries but no margin on the left or right on mobile.

Hi, thank you for your message. Gmail doesn’t support media queries which could give different results rendering the email. CSS for background images isn’t supported by Gmail so these images won’t stretch resizing your browser window.

This is the WORST code I have ever seen. There are unnecessary divs floating around with no closing tags. The styles are formatted like crap… Ever heard of indenting? Apparently not.. the code is terribly formatted.

Pre-sale question: I like the Notify 2 design but when I change the background to a lighter colour and the container to a dark colour I get this extra column appear on the right side of the container which seems to be the original #2a2a2a colour. I’m not sure if this is intentional or not but could you let me know why this is please?

When exporting the file the rgb color will be visible in the newsletter, actually you can strip the original color is you wish.

I love this notification, I chose it over more functional ones just because the design is so beautiful.
I have a issue when the screensize of the person viewing the email is on a larger monitor. The background image doesn’t seem to be big enough – I will also send this to support@rocketway.net

Really nice template, but I am concerned with something, which may or may not be an issue.
When I export the layout (basic html) and after making zero modifications at all, I have opened the file in Dreamweaver (I know!) to preview the html, but some tags appear to be overlapping or unclosed. Have you experienced this?
The strange thing is that 5 of the 6 notification emails are viewable in DW’s own ‘design pane’ – the first notification is not viewable though – it can be edited with the code pane, but it’s totally invisible in the ‘design’ pane.
Would be good to hear what you think about this.

Dreamweaver is actually not an email code editor. I understand the frustration but are you able to use an code editor like Code or the code editor in MailChimp, Icontact, Constant Contact or Campaign Monitor? These are code editors for email codes too. Btw all templates are tested and compatible on all mayor email clients.

Yes, strictly speaking Dreamweaver isn’t an email code editor, but it’s usually pretty good with code structure and points out any unclosed tags etc.
In order for me to test a different editor, could you give me the URL of a free/trial editor that you know will be good? I searched for ‘Code’ but as you can imagine it’s not easy to find…

It’s supposed to work in Firefox and always did. Why should I waste my time trying another browser? I already stated I tried IE too.
We just tried exporting the file on firefox and it works great. Are you able to refresh the browser and tried again?

Hello there, Notify 6 seems to break on a mobile as the screen doesn’t resize correctly. The coloured banner is always longer than the White table underneath. Anyway I can fix this?

Hi I wanted help with the background image rules… Seems that there’s some locked scaling rule in the table sizing which means that if the internal tables stretch longer with additional content ( I’m adding an image in a lower cell ) the inner table height extends and the background image scales in the opposing direction.
I’m guessing. seems a weird behaviour. i’m getting heavily pixelated backgrounds.

Just found out that it can be edited from Template builder, however (Input field) doesn’t works or tell me how to make it work.
