My client currently has a shopping cart currently via another theme but is not happy with some backend functionality, i.e. inputing sizes, weight for shipping etc. Is there a way we could have a snippet view into the shopping cart backend functionality to see how these items are handled? Or do you offer a video that shows some of this functionality in action?

Thanks for your reply. We are not talking about customizations. We wanted to double check on the features available in the template itself – as part of configurations / settings. Also they are not WooCommerce features.

So we would appreciate if you could give input for each point as they are really important features for our website.

1. Can the top grey bar be disabled. That is the top menu, can this be disabled through configuration in your theme.

2. In the top menu (grey menu) through configurations, can we add email id / phone number/ etc on the top menu.

3. Home Page Slider – Is the height of the slider configurable – that is, can we increase the height by configurations.

4. What social media integration is possible. Can we have login via FB, Twitter & G+. Does the template support it, if not what are the plug-ins that are compatible with this template.

None of these are customizations, but rather questions on detailed configuration available with the template. Want to be sure of these settings before we purchase the template. So it would be of great help if you give the answers – if required you could contact your technical team.

Where can I find the update of this template ? Because we are now in WooCommerce 2.3.5 and I have seen on your page the template is not compatible. What can I do ?

On my ‘shop’ page I have two grey bars, the bottom one shows the title ‘shop’ but the one above it shows the page of the item first on the display. Can I remove this top grey bar so I just have the one horizontal bar with the page name ‘shop’ on it?

Can I vary the layout of my ‘shop’ page, select which items I want to show and change the order I want them to appear in?

Would be nice to have a detailed manual

Nice looking template. After purchasing you get pretty good instructions for setting up a site exactly like the demo site.

I would not recommend non-programmers to rely on a template. I have applied many customizations to it, some minor improvements but also some pretty sloppy bugs needed to be fixed. I sent some of these fixes to Tech Support, not sure if they will include them in later vesions (they did not say).

If you’re not at all familiar with WP like me, you will need to see a tutorial or two about concepts like shortcodes, otherwise you might not be able to really get the most out of your paid template.

In the end, a template like this for $60 USD beats building a front-end from scratch so it’s worth the money. Just as long as you see it as a starting point for customization and you keep decent web development skills around, it will be fine.
