Great theme, and from what I can tell, it has 99% of everything that I’m looking for.
For my purposes, I’d be looking at modifying the “Members” section to an “Artists” section, and would need the ability to set up a Detail page for each artist. In your demo, you only have an artist “listing” page, with Social Media links, but no links to a detail. Would this be possible? It’s somewhat similar to the Portfolio structure, except for people instead of “projects”.
If that’s fairly easy to set up, then you’ve got another sale.

1. Yes you can actually change words in front end easily
2. However, to create in depth detail for each artist, you may have to create each page for each artist manually. Then you may put a button or ‘read more’ anchor link with those page url. in this excerpt section directly : http://take.ms/t3gr2

If you want the player to play even as the user navigates your website you can follow these three steps to achieve that.
1. Install and activate Advanced AJAX Page Loader, you should be able to leave everything default.
2. Then edit (dashboard->appearance->editor) header.php and footer.php (ideally you’ll be using a child theme).
In header.php add just above the <header> tag as shown below.
3. In footer.php add just below the content wrapper closing div.

Pre-Sale question:
- in the LIVE DEMO, when you play the song at the bottom of the screen, it will stop playing when you navigate from page to page…
- are you able to keep the music playing while you navigate from one page to another?

Another question, Having the CONTACT FORM in the bottom Footer as a widget causes unwanted bot spam. We see there is no CAPTCHA there either, what is your response to that?

Actually you can put captcha too (we just didn’t put it in the demo)
We’re using Contact Form 7 plugin in our themes and it has captcha feature
Pre-sale question: We see this has not been updated since July 2014. What is the shelf life of this theme going forward? Why hasn’t it been updated in almost a year?
Right now, this theme is pretty stable. We also still provide update to make sure that it works with current WP version. However, if you find any bugs, please feel free to let us know. We’re willing to help fix it

Well yes but I don’t think that would work. I’m not sure how you expect to get from this player because the code is deeply integrated within this theme. It’s not kind like a standalone module which you could pick it… (This music player can’t just be grabbed and put in other websites, you will have to re code it)
