Hi. We are currently using the latest enfold theme. However, the contact form doesn’t work. Once I fill in all the fields, and click submit, it says sent, but I don’t receive any emails. I’ve tried using a couple of plugins, including the contact-form-7 plugin, but that doesn’t seem to work either. What can I do to fix it? Thnx

We would like to have multilingual site. We have installed qTranslate-X and it works fine except with Advanced Layer Editor. Layer blocks are not translatable by that plugin. Do you have any other alternatives besides WPML?

Hey! I am afraid the only multilanguage plugin that is supported by enfold is WPML. Sorry for that :/

No, theme options are stored in the database so anything you have entered into the quick css field or any styling changes you have made in your enfold backend are safe

I don’t know why is isn’t an option Have a very sleek sticky menubar (logo and menu toggle) on mobile devices.
Since all content is placed underneath each other, a page becomes very long.
Scrolling all the way back up doesn’t make life better
I prefer that my website visitors have acces to the menu all the time.
Just my cup of tea

Hey! I am afraid the theme does not really offer that option. Since I think its a good idea to have something like that I will add it with the next update. Until then I would suggest to try and find a plugin that adds a single product shortcode 
I have not been able to make edits on any pages fora while now. The pages will not load….just shows the twirling circle for hours on end. Have tried to access this from different computers and different internet explorers, Safari, Firefox, GoogleChrome…..can’t access my pages at all – Please help!!!

no menu on the right on mibile menu
I think you are talking about the bug in previous version that shows the mobile menu even if it shouldnt? in that case please simply update to theme version 3.1

After update to the latest version, the search bar is being pushed to the next row.
I reckon is the new styling options that might changed it. I’ve played around with the setting but there isn’t a way to retain the original styling without having the search bar being pushed to the next row. Any thoughts on it?
I like the new option to display only breadcrumb but it doesn’t seem to work?

Thanks Kriesi! After updating to the latest version, with all other factors staying constant, I reckon there is a slow down in site loading speed?
Sounds weird, nothing we added should add any significant amount of time to the page loading. In fact we even optimized and removed some css/js so I am not sure why this is happening for you…
Just FYI, not a big deal but you may wanna put this on your next update. When you link up your own logo,png to a certain URL it shows fine on a computer however it shows the Enfold logo on all mobile devices. I have overwritten it so I don’t care but it may be frustrating to other. Thank you

I have the same problem as lepetitweb – the spaces between the main menu sub items grew very large.
It seems to have to do something with “custom header height” – i had it at 170px, changing it to a smaller number also changed the distance between the menu items proportionally.
Switching away from a custom header height to a “large” size eliminated the problem completely, but I’d actually prefer an even larger header than the the large setting – which I used “custom header height” for, but that feature is broken right now.

Hi there, does your software support adding padding to fonts? also does the menu allow for 3 levels of sub-menu’s? Cheers
3 level of sub menus is possible. Adding padding to text depends on the element you want to edit. in general, even if its not supported its quite simple with a few rules of custom css which we can provide
main menu sub items got messed up after last theme update. The spacing over and after each item got 4-5 times what it should be.
