Every time I try to make a change in the Heal Plugin this message appears after I save the change: “Oops!!! Nothing Found”. Is it a problem with the theme or the installation? or is it a problem at my end?

I cannot make any changes to the theme, when I click “save changes” button an error page appears with this message “Oops!!! Nothing Found It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”, I dont understand why this is happening.

PayPal is not working for me there is no area for me to input my email for donations to come to us -> (http://tinypic.com/r/2z3t3b9/8).
Also is there any way I can add multiple images without having to upload multiple images in the simplified Static Slider -> (http://tinypic.com/r/2gsrj0j/8).
please update latest version.. you can use envato toolkit plugin to update.
there is no option to add multiple image at a time.. you have to add one by one..
I don’t want to upload multiple images at 1 time I just want to have more than 1 image on the static slider. I currently am only able to display 1 image on the static slider. Also I am not sure where to find that plugin but I am running the latest version of your theme and wordpress.

There is a revolution slider to do this. You can create a static slider by using revolution slider. The slider plugin has the infinity possibility to create any type of slider.

when you make a cause you have to setup your paypal id.. before that check theme option to setup sandbox or actual paypal url.. then hope it will work..

I recently purchased this theme and have installed the latest version of wordpress.
I can install the theme ok, but the Heal Essential plugin does not install and returns and invalid header response. This then trashes the wordpress install and i cannot use the admin section anymore.
I have to remove the heal essential plugin using FTP to gain access to the admin section
Please can you help and et me know whats wrong

I think you try to install old version.. please 1st delete or uninstall old heal essential plugin then install latest Theme as well as updated heal essential plugin.. if you faced same problem then sent your detail in our mail codexcoderltd@gmail.com. I will take care of it.

Thinking about purchasing theme… looking great. When going through the demo the “donate” button didn’t seem to be working on it’s respective page. Please let me know if that’s a glitch or something of a trouble area.

Thanks for your purchase our Heal Theme. It’s seems that is your server or local host problem. You need to update your php.ini file from server or localhost if you use any software like XAMPP or WAMPP.
You can read this article for more or just contact with your server administrator. They can help you about this issue

I updated wp-config.php , .htaccess even if the php.ini but the error still appears. Moreover I can’t import sample data

1. You can change your currency icon from “cause” post type (Dashboard >> Cause >> Edit your desire post.
2. Please see wp-content\themes\heal-wp\languages and read the docs how to translate the theme in your language. You may edit the theme files, but we Highly NOT RECOMMEND this way.
I changed in cause Currency Symbol with € symbol but not apare in Causes only when select read more or press donate button.

Hi, Bought this theme a while back and it really is well suited to our program, Have a couple more questions though:
1. Is there anyway to link buttons to sections of the website instead of separate pages, are there section anchors? I would like to keep a single page scroll down, especially for the donate pages which go around in circles.
2. My forms don’t work, is that a problem with the plugin? researched it to death and still i don’t receive the emails.

1. Right now, you can’t do this. Because, The theme developed as a single page template. But We’ll think it letter and this feature will add in next version maybe.

Hi, I’m thinking of purchasing the theme. But I have a question: Is it possible to separate the different sections on the front page into separated pages? For example, if I click on “About” can it direct to another page with the same layout as the “about” section on the homepage? homeslider_fullscreen is means here you have to replace your revolution slider short-code. Create you own revslider and replace your code in slider settings. hope you understand.

Yes, if you want you can use different paypal id with different causes. 5. I cant understand this one. 6. Yes support €, but paypal support $, hopefully we will update it in our next update.
