Any example of a contact page or form inputs?

A contact page can be created using a custom page and plugin such as ‘Contact Form 7’. An example of input fields can be seen in the comments section.
The theme doesn’t seem to render properly on iphones with safari – the full screen photo just scrolls and scrolls. Is anyone else getting this issue?

A contact page can easily be implemented via a custom page and using a plugin such as ‘Contact Form 7’. The post list is single column only and doesn’t feature a grid layout. Our latest theme with a grid layout is Ivy, which can be found here.
How do we create a cover static page for the homepage without any white spaces below it. we only have a title and a description, but its showing white space below the fullscreen image.

You will need to use some custom CSS for this as the page padding will still be shown if no content is entered. Please email our support address (support@ecko.me), providing a link to your blog/site.

But i find a small bug. When i update the last theme version, the settings from “appearance > customise” was reseted and “custom menu” too ! Can you fix it for next update ?

When switching themes to update, the widgets and menu locations may be reset. You can avoid this by overwriting the theme, rather than deleting and switching themes. The customizer options will save through theme changes.

Hi, i just installed the theme and it`s appeared this error:

How can i fix it?

Hi Again I can`t find some shortcode which i saw here in the demo:
- Blockquote (Wide)
- Contrast Paragraph Block
- Full Page Image
This is important design part of my project and i would like to ask you where can i find this shortcode
P.S. In the demo which is in the download package also don`t include these 3 shortcode

Thanks for letting us know. Are you using the Cedar child theme? This seems to be a bug with the child theme. We will get an update out to correct this. If you send an email to our support we can provide you with instructions on how to access these shortcodes without the menu until the update is available.
