Hello

We seem to be getting the 3 sections on the home page (FREE SHIPPING, DELIVERY ON ORDERS and NEED ON HELP) appear on mobile devices. These are not responsive therefore they need to be removed from mobile version of the site. I can see on your live preview they do not appear on mobile however our install of the theme they do.

Hello, I’m having a problem with the theme.

I have the upper menu with a list of new products. When I’m in a product and click on “Write a review” instead the product name and description it shows the name and description of the last of this list of new products. I don’t know how to solve it or if it’s a problem of the theme. Can you guys help me?

Leo Wine Theme.

This theme appears to be well-designed but is woefully lacking in the install infrastructure … both in terms of instructions and functionality.

I manually installed the latest version from the package, and the sample images were of ladies clothing. I wrote the developer and he told me I had to install the quickstart version … this is silly … all installs should work the same with the same content.

I installed the quickstart version and the modules don’t work … all I see is an unformatted page of text.

These folks have a number of nice looking themes, but I wouldn’t even consider buying another if they can’t build a reliable and consistent install package.

They also need better customer support.

All in all I’m hugely disappointed and may ask for my money back. I’ve wasted at least a day and a half screwing with this.

Hi there. It isn’t possible to import own templates to Prestashop anymore. So I just bought the template and found out that it isn’t possible anymore. You have to buy the template directly in Prestashop. So I need my money back, that I can buy it there. What can I do?

I contacted you via the support form, however I have not recived any response from you yet. That’s why I am using this channel.

I bought your Leo Wine Theme and I installed your theme with all the demo data, however the Modules -> Leo Manage Widget -> Configure does snot work at all.

1.- I can not create groups neither empty or containing columns. I click on the appropiate button nothing happens.

2.- I can not create new widgets by clicking on the Manage Widget button

3.- I thought there should be some widgets already created since the theme home page shows several of them, however the Modules -> Leo Manage Widget -> Configure does not show any of them. It is absolutely empty.

4.- I already had to fix this error, which made me lose faith in your theme which seems pretty buggy to me:

Hi I’m a beginner in PrestaShop.

I consider to buy this theme. Is it possible to show left sidebar on each sides? (detail product page, categories, information,...?) Stores customers in central and eastern Europe orientate in product web side according to left sidebar. Mega menu is not appropriate for many product categories. I have to take care about older generation without IT skills and their orientation on web page.
