Hi,
I have two more questions before I purchase the theme.
1. do the theme has CVS import, so we can import 10000 listings easily? 2. In the single detail page, if the listing don’t has any image, can we remove it? If not, can we make the image smaller?

1. it’s not a big issue with our theme. you need to consider your server request time as well. If you have too many items to import, you may need to separate them and import. you need to see some plugins (wp all import or ultimate import) and you need to import by yourself. we dont provide import service. we provide field information you need to match.
2. Unfortunately there is no option to remove header (top part) image. it’s a featured image. others images will not show if there is no images added.

Thanks. But I am not talking about the header, I am talk about the “about us” section image, look like it is couple images sliding, can i hide them if i dont have images.

Hi, i like your theme very much. I’ve a couple of questions before buy it.
Is it possible to have different front-end users areas with different features in relation with the typology of the membership (for example free, standard and premium)?
I produce 360 degrees interactive panoramas. How can i insert them in the header section? (like here http://javothemes.com/directory/demo1/item/javo-hotel-in-downtown/) A plugin like PanoPress is required or the theme can handle it?

I have two questions to ask before buying your theme:
1. I downloaded a demo and all items are fixed on New York (that’s because this is the demo version or is it a bug ?)
2. I have noticed that it is relatively slow to load. No way to improve display better speed?

1. Yes we put listings (items) on New York only. if you see another demo sites, we put listings on other cities. you can change after you setup demo.. change locations, images.
2. I think it’s fine speed. we use the basic hosting and it mostly loads fine. it can be distance or short traffic issue.

Installed Javo Directory, looks great on desktop…okay on iPad, but omg…mobile looks terrible! First thing I noticed, if you choose the Video Homepage (which I wanted badly!!), it appears as blank on Mobile and this I could not have. Is there a solution for that on Mobile??
Nex thing is, I chose Home Page 2 as default because of video issue, and now the image appears super huge!! It does not resize to mobile. I edited all images in wp-content/uploads/2014/12/ corresponding to image58.jpg to show the image I wanted, but still the issue persists.
I really hope you can tell me how I can fix all these issues with Mobile responsiveness.
Mobile is VERY IMPORTANT for directories…

Before placing an order, I would like to ask a few questions.
1. Can users search only for a specific country? I live in Thailand and I am thinking to let users search only real estate in Thailand.
2. Is this good for real estate marketplace? I’ve seen there are some reviews and rating in the listing. Can this feature be removed? Instead I want to have it shown as price (or price range) in the search result page and real estate information in the single item page.

1. Yes it’s possible to setup or if your items are in the city, it shows only the location.
2. however it’s not a real estate theme. it’s more directory theme.
You need to test our demo sites and see if it’s fit to your plan. you can change some for your plan. however, we can’t help personal customization for property site.

Pre-Sale Question: Does your theme cover all my points? I am looking for

- Business Listings can be free / paid
- Business can claim a listing and can change accordingly.
- Business can add/change listing to featured after payment.
- Business can add/change promotions in their listing (Either free / after payment.)

Hi again…
I installed Javo and loaded Demo 2 data for now, updated a few things, but every time I go to main root URL, it shows a “Oops! 404 Not Found” error… the URL also shows a /?p=3 added to it at the end.
From that page, if I click on “Take Me Home”, I am sent back to same URL ( mydomain.com/?p=3) and I see error again.
1) What am I doing wrong?
2) Also, how do I set my main landing page to be the one with the video (HOME 3)?

I spent about 3-4 weeks looking over themes and plugins, all features, investigating, seeking reviews, etc., and at the end…my choice was so simple for your Javo Directory Theme. THANK YOU FOR BUILDING THIS!
Just purchased it and I love it, although I am a bit disappointed with the “Events” part of it. I still love it a lot, but I initially thought you could add actual “Events”...with dates, times, recurring options, locations, etc. (For example: a restaurant that turns into a nightclub at night, they may want to post EVENTS for each day of the week. This is a major monetization avenue for directories of this sort.).
1) Well, is there a plan for Events to be added to this directory? Pleaseeeeee, do this! Recurring Events scripts (example: <event> repeats <every week>, <every two weeks>, <third> <saturday> of <every month>, <second> <and> <fourth> <friday> of <every month>, etc) are soooo needed by Directories! Trust me. It seems also that those other “competitors” of you who have realized this is needed are mediocre developers, but are taking advantage of the fact more advanced developers like you have not thought of this. (I have an event listing website built on PHP in 2010 (codeigniter) and can give you lots of tips on what is needed).
2) I like Demo 2 (Video header), but I like some of Demo 1 features and layouts. Can these be interchanged with each other to customize it how I like it? Is this possible?
3) Are there plugins you sell for this directory? I absolutely LOVE your work and want to see if I can add to the directory. Even though as I type this I have not even installed the theme yet ... But I am very impressed with the Demos.

It might be working but we didn’t add much design on BP. we were trying to add our own menus into BP tab profile menu. but we have too many menus to add there. therefore we didn’t add and worked on BP.

1. we only have 1 depth sub menu at this moment. you may need a menu plugin for it.
2. you need to replace your own images. these are images. our support team will assist you the folder name (file directory)
3. Yes it’s possible.
4. Do you mean a user role for only ratings? we don’t have that option. I am not sure other plugins. it might be not.

you might get questions or requests for help from a certain Ebrahim Khalil from Bangladesh, who uses the username ebrahim6 on Envato. That guy scammed me by accepting a job to customize my premium themes and plugins, and of course I gave him access to the files, after which he has not replied anymore to any of my communication. The header slider takes up the whole page on the home page. If I buy Can I reduce the height of the slider and customize the home page?

Yes you can reduce the height. it’s built by ultimate / visual composer plugin which you can change some height. it’s set as full browser. that’s why it shows whole page. you can change what you want.

Hi there, first of all, congrats on this amazing theme. might be the best directory there out there. Some pre-buy questions from my end:
1. you said on a comment, that the theme supports WPML, meaning by that, all your text stuff is covered with text strings/variables, so it would work out of the box, with 2 or perhaps 3 different languages ?
2. Was browsing through the Map page (full width) and it would be a nice feature if it would support multi-country features, like if you got 2 countries, like UK and Germany, if someones selects Germany, all the German cities would show up, and if he selects UK, the British cities.
3. You think the main home page, lets say from demo2, could have a slideshow in place where the blurry picture is ? from what i can see, this should be a row background image on a VC row. Is it possible to integrate a slider or perhaps a Revolution Slider in there ?
4. also, you think, ther could be a filtering with the categories, lets say if someones selects (root) category CARS & BIKES, to show up only the subcategories belonging to that particular category ?

1. Yes it works with WPML plugin. you can translate multi languages. we also have wpml documentary ready.
2. There are already this feature. please see the location buttons on front page. it goes the area you clicked. we also have item list page for custom categories. ex: coffee shop in UK
3. Do you mean the top full image? if you want to add a slide shortcode, we have http://javothemes.com/directory/demo1/home-slider/ (revolution slider) and http://javothemes.com/directory/demo1/home-3/ (featured items only)
4. Please have a look at this demo. (http://javothemes.com/directory/demo1/) and see “LIST BY”. we only have these. please have a look at the details if it’s what you need. FYI, we don’t provide customization service for things what we don’t have on demos. (filter support is hard to help. that’s why I tell you )

hi there again, thank you for your reply.
Regarding point 2 and this feature, i saw that when u select a country, it zooms into that country, but only on the map. My question was, if it is possible (through java/ajax i guess), if a user selects for example UK, all the cities linked with UK, to show up on that filter panel (left).
On point 3, it would be a nice feature, if like on demo 2, the real full screen (browser size – row background) would “slide” just saying …
On point 4, i think that would do the trick, for a start. maybe either you should think of adding features like that into the theme, or, i could try to hard code something like that into it.
