Thanks for the nice theme. Have two problems with it:
1) Gravatar doesnt work with default comments. 2) Cant create maps.

i bought your theme Blackfyre and i set it up but i have a question about your theme Blackfyre every team on the site can challenge each other but i could not see the moduls which we can create league,tournament and create fixture about them.does the Blackfyre allready have the options or can you add modules or addons to solve my issue

Hi I orderd this theme and I tried to sign up on your support forum but, I never got the email with your support forum info. I put in my Item Purchase Code and made a username but, never got the email with the info. I can’t get the theme to work right on my wordpress site. People can’t make clans, I can’t make a clan, people can’t see other members profiles. I couldn’t change the background and site color like I could in the demo. I don’t know how to get the theme to work or to get support from your site. Thanks

Hello I seem to be having some issues with the slider on anything but firefox.

For some reason the slider is not displaying on any other browser, thanks for the help ^^ On Chrome and IE the images will not appear, neither will the controls (the numbers) and its just white as you can see in the picture.

Is there a way to allow users to create a clam without VC and without the wordpress top bar. I think this is a a real shame that it cannot just be configured via the front end. Can users just not select the games they want rather than having a to the game block?

the WordPress admin panel can be disabled via external plugins.
We think that giving users Visual Composer is a great feature because it enables everyone to really customize their clan page.
When it comes to the game block – I agree that this is something that should be improved. Right now it is a bit unintuitive. I have added this to our to-do list for future updates.

How can I change default roles after registration? In administratiton it’s still keeping me : contributor. I wanna make as default: visitor. Any ideas?
so that means. New users have to be: Visitors

the theme is indeed forcing default user role to be ‘Contributor’. Subscribers do not have WordPress capabilities to create or manage clans etc. and this is why we have to use contributors. We have already planned expanding this a bit so that the website admin can select which user has the contributor role, that is who can create clans.

1,2,3: Yes, but you need to change the CSS, no automation is available for those options.
4. We use quite image heavy in the demo (different backgrounds and so on) thats why the latency isnt the best

You could change it in css but you will need some customization. Why is that? the current standard is 1170px, any smaller screen will auto-fit with the responsiveness
hm.. I disabled login and sign in buttons, I use this theme for business. Now there is lot of free space. If theme width is difficult to change, then is it possible to move menu from its position to new position – next to logo? Logo will stay on left, and menu will be placed in the same row as login and sign in buttons? For example on your demo next to logo there is free space I think short menu will fit there perfectly. Search button can be hidden or disabled.

Yes for sure you can! You can create normal pages with the theme. A good example are the homepages, you can places blocks where you like

When I download the theme, it still downloads 1.1? I am looking for 1.2, to get those social logins working.
Looking to buy this theme, been following it for a while now and tried it out in the beta etc.
But one feature i was thinking about, would it be possible to set it up so that when you switch game category (latest matches) for example so that it switches the background to a background fitting for the game you are interested in.
Hmmm… you can change backgrounds for clans/users and normal pages (as admin), but not depending the game genre.

Here i am again with another styling issue, http://i.imgur.com/XPSIyUv.jpg here you can see there is a colored divider between those 3 menu items and not for the rest of the menu (its a box-shadow) and it only show up in homepage.
