Hi Rascal,
I followed the 1st video instructions in loading the sample data. I keep getting errors saying some images failed to load and some menu items because the menu “slug” wasnt found. Stuff like that. Everything else loads but those.
Can you elaborate? advice? I have the latest version.

The integrated audio player/music template page isn’t streaming audio – the loading animation just keeps displaying. No JS/PHP errors are being generated either.
I’ve tested this on two servers with the same result, and both are able to run a different Flash MP3 player seamlessly.

How do you add events created with the event manager to the front page? Recent Posts Category for the box does not show the events category so how can you add events here?

Hi Rascal, i’m using this template since months. Recently i’ve updated Wordpress to the new version 3.1, after that the images in the home page slider are not displayed anymore, same for “latest media”. In the home page slider admin panel, the images linked in the item semm to be there but are not displayed… Any suggestion/advice/quick around? Regards

I can’t figure out how to add multiple images to a single portfolio “item”. When I create a new portfolio item and display it on the page, I can click the thumbnail and view a single large image. How do I add many photos to the one portfolio item and create a portfolio “gallery” like in the demo?

You can add only one item to the portfolio but you can create many categories in portfolio manager.
I saw a comment on here when searching but can’t find it anymore… my question is how can I disable the image hover so that it does not go dark / make it instead go light… going dark makes people think that it is like disabled? or unclickable?

Hi, the default widgets are not showing on my main blog page – they show on every other page that uses the default widget. Set-up is as follows:
- Blog page uses default page template. - Sidebar set to ON - Blog categories set to All
I added the R-Cat widget to the Categories sidebar and it shows up, but the default widgets don’t. Any ideas?

I updated my version to the new one. When I did that it changed my picture viewer to white as well as making it a slide show style instead of each picture loading individually. How do I take this portion of the site back to the old version. Because of this it creates extremely long load times. Is there a way I can fix this portion of the site.

Is there a way to add the home page Events and Recent Works widgets to a sidebar?
At the moment it isn’t possible (we are working above it)
I have a couple of questions:
1) My Add/Edit Post page does not have the Excerpt field. How do I add it so it appears?
2) I’d like my video or image embed in the post to show up when I am displaying a post category. The text from the content area shows up but not the video embed in the Homepage Blog template. Is there a trick to do this?
3) How do I have the date formatting on the blog post to a more traditional “March 12, 2010” format. Where do I find the date formatting?

Looks like a great template! One question: In the demo menu you have EVENTS with a submenu with FUTURE EVENTS and PAST EVENTS . I assume this is done with Pages. How do you make EVENTS a null link so only the submenu pages are clickable? Thanks

I got the the loading problem solved I still need to know how to remove link off of homepage slider as well as getting it to not open up in picture viewer.
I also would like to know how to make all tabs that have drop down or submenus not link to a page. I only want the submenus to link to a page.
