Hi, this is a simple one but i just can’t get my head around it… How do you remove elements from the footer menu? I’ve set the newsletter signup at the top bar menu successfully but it looks very awkward in the footer menu, even the font changes and i like to get rid of it. Thank you!

1) You need a plugin for that. Maybe this? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-user-avatar/
2) You can enable that in Theme Option > Blog
3) That would require custom development, and we can’t help with that. Sorry about that!

I have developed a home page with the ux_featured_products at 5 columns and 12 products. At the moment when looking at the page the products are static, only showing the same 5 products from the total of 12. Can you please tell me how to make this auto rotate? I can’t seem to get it working.

Hi, have you marked 12 products as featured products? Try add products=’12’ instead. Sometimes the ” is messed up.

I am trying to edit the “Featured Items 3 columns” page so i can get the code for the grid and add it to my main page. I am able to view it fine but when i try to edit it nothing shows and it is blank.

Those are nice but they are only for displaying products. I want to use the squares to highlight different sellers in my marketplace and when they click on it it directs them to the seller’s page.

Hello, I just purchased a theme from you for my new website. I went to my site and attempted to install the theme but I am being told that the theme could not be installed.
This is the error message I am getting: “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

Love this theme, amazing work!! Running into a small dificulty, having blog post sliders sorted by category are key for my client, I have tried adding category=”” as suggested in prior themeforest comments, however no luck! I added the blogpost slider shortcode inside of a block which looks like this [blog_posts posts=”6” columns=”3” category=”pain” image_height=”200px” show_date=”true”] and is displayed on this page http://p-knot.com/how-to-p-knot/routines/pain/
I have also tried this with the category id [blog_posts posts=”6” columns=”3” category=”70” image_height=”200px” show_date=”true”]
Could you please help me sort this issue out, I am using flatsome version: 2.2.3, wordpress version 4.1.1

Hello UXThemes. It turns out that within the blocks shortcode a <span>class="hilight"</span> was being added. This must have been a bug from upgrading from 1.9.5 to 2.2.3.
All fixed.
Do you know where this class may have been pulled in from or if we should be looking out for this bug in the future (post-update)?

It seems the menu running not smooth (fast enough) when you drag mouse from one item to another items. It still has the delay between it. As i check a lot of other website, the menu running very smooth and fast.
