Hi Out there, Me again!! I am getting somewhere and I found the following issues at the moment: -The registered user can only see 5 companies in the menu “My Companies” -Where else, other than the native wordpress dashboard, can the administrator publish the companies awaiting approval if the payment module is not activated -Is there a full documentation of how to enable payment and process memberships? -Last but not least, on the “map (wide)” can we make the categories and locations dynamic according the area selected on the map. It would be great especially of we need to have detailed locations and categories

I tried installing this theme on Godaddy Managed Wordpress site but got this error “Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-8390513-javo-directory-wordpress-theme.zip Unpacking the package…

This is a common mistake in wordpress. you needed to upload “javo-directory.zip”. Please have a look at this post for the details ( http://javothemes.com/forum/knowledgebase/missing-style-css-error-installation-issue/ ).

is it possible to change the media browser because I really don’t like that other clients can see all the pictures. Is there a plugin to change that or is it in your roadmap ? I would like to know if a user page admin could be customize for a better user experience within WP interface.

The media is very useful and they can only see theirs photo or images. unfortunately we don’t have that option to switch. I am not sure about a plugin for admin page. you may need to find one for the 3rd part plugins.

Hello there! I have several pre-sales questions on javo directory. I would like to have a worldwide directory and I would like to know if it is possible to 1) show the map for each country, such as a UK visitor get the UK, USA visitor – USA part of the map etc. 2) Also, is it possible to have many languages installed and every user gets the page in their language? Which language packages are available for javo directory? I cannot make a translation for every language. Do you have the Greek language translated fully or partial. 3) If it is not possible for me to have many languages, can I have a plugin, so the visitor can Auto translate the content like this plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-language-translator/ do you have any available or built in? 4) I see some example sites from your customers and I see that these sites are low site speed scored and they are not like your demo ( same looking sites). Do you have the documentation available to make a site just like the demo for the speed of the demo. 5) Can I have unlimited updates for my site or the subsription it will expire after a while? 6) If I have my site with javo theme and I make some customisation on CSS etc. after an update, this customisation will be lost or these are overwritten files and I will not lose my data and changes? I do not want to make the same styling changes once in a while.

1. You need to setup the locations and make a link for it. it’s just like our demo location category.
2. you can use WPML plugin for multi-languages. but we don’t provide the language files.
3. We have not tested this plugin. it’s not built in. you need to install plugins. we can’t assist the 3rd plugins or software.
4. I think the speed is good enough. our demo only use a cache plugin. you need to install it.
5. We release our updates periodically. then you can update it.
6. there is a custom css field and you can add them. then you don’t need to modify again.

I can’t log in to the support area. I’ve signed up but an email never comes. Not in spam either.

I did this already. You can see that I purchased the theme. I deal with support because it’s part of my job. I’ve never had this much trouble just logging in. It still tells me that I have an account with you and won’t let me sign up now.

Pre-Sale Question?

Hi

I’m looking to purchase Javo Directory and liked the Demo 4 layout. I’m an agent for Yacht and Real Estate Sales & Rent, it is the main reason why I’m building the site.

I also previewed the Javo Home and really liked that too. I’m asking is there some way I can integrate a Real Estate feature into Javo Directory? My vision is to have visitors stay on the website for as long as possible. I figured creating a website that will complement the Directory site will defeat the purpose of what I’m trying to achieve.

I don’t really want to use a third party Real Estate plugin because I like the Profile page of a property clicked in Javo Home.

Did you have plan to make theme for mobile.. separated theme specialy for mobile view (more simple and designed for mobile), so not only responsive view. because i see competitor already implement it (eg: DP & DE). if you have plan to do it, i will happy will to grab your theme :)

Pre-sale questions: I want to know if i can disable listing but members can left reviews only. and if i want to eneble listing but before it go to published one admin will have to checked first and after that listing will be published. Furthermore i want to know if i can display rating of reviews on first (about us) tab of every bussiness Sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand me

We have pending option after being posted. then you can have a look and publish them. we don’t have disable listing and allow to give reviews. tabs can be hide or rename. but there is no option to change to show at first.
