I bought the theme, but I can’t see a purchase code for LayerSlider – I only find purchase code for the theme in my download section at themeforest. Were can I find the purchase code for the LayerSlider plugin included with the theme ?
The purchase code is not necessary. It’s used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license and we still keep pushing slider’s update in future theme’s version as well

Hi, after upgrading wordpress to version 4.1.2 I have problems. For example the main menu has lost color and now looks transparent , the footer missed black background color, or more problems.
Looking into Google Chrome ( Developer Tools) , I get the following error: Failed to load resource : net :: ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED ( /wp -content/themes/Kingpower-v1-05/style-custom.css?ver=4.1.2 )
From when I put the header : <link rel=”stylesheet” href= ”/wp-content/themes/kingpower-v1-05/style-custom.css” type= “text/css” > and has been fixed.
You know this error? you know a better solution? more than anything to not show the error of Google crhome .

My site looks great with this theme. The only problem I have is the full width slider on the homepage. It looks great on a desktop, but if you are on a laptop or iPad the images don’t resize to fit. I have words that get cut off on the slides because of it. Is there a way to fix this?

My site looks great off this theme. I am really only having one problem and that is with the layer slider dragging horrible in the full width mode. I have saved all the larger images as a low res photo, but still it takes a few seconds for it to upload on the page.
Also, the slider does not seem to be able to change with the device that is being used. Example it looks great and fits on a desktop, but the images do not fit when on an iPad.
Suggestions?

excelent theme, polyvalent. Only thing is that is sold as good for SEO and actually many things are not SEO according to many different sites that test a site for SEO. if they update the theme to be more SEO friendly is a must buy, but without it you can loose a lot of ranking. I dont manage to appear in the search results, so is difficult that clients arrive to my page

Well our theme is already well implemented with good structure for SEO. (We try to make it most simple and yet, still useful following best practice of SEO).. However, we didn’t put some attribute such as meta, keywords. If you need this, please use plugin for it.(If you need more better result for SEO testing score, you may consider to use these plugins. I recommend Yoast) But still, this is still the mystery and can’t judge that it will effect SEO, we’ve researched about this before.
Point is ,When your site can’t go on the first page of Google, honestly, I think it’s not fair to blame the theme. This depends on many factors, not just the theme ability. For example, how well you generate the content. How many links to your site you have out there… and much more. Also you will have a lot of competitor when you’re racing in SEO game.
Hope you understand us. We feel not really good for this
im not blaming, im just pointing info, theme is good and i mentioned it first of all, so means im happy with some parts. Nevertheless you can test your theme against woorank gtmetrix and many others and will see lots of errors you could solve and that dont exist with some of your competitors. I dont mean everything has to be solved, but i hope you understand that at least you could do something to improve the things that are on your side and are not enabled by default, like underslider and others, which will help many of your customers to have a better experience

impossible to update a theme once bought, the boxes in the site dissapear, they force you to pay a full licence (LIKE A NEW CLIENT) instead of paying a small o reduced fee; My kingpower doesnt recognize anymore thing. Home page is very simple, there is nothing on it compared to before.
Hm, that’s weird. Can you provide the screenshot of you they force you to pay? Actually, we don’t need to pay for anything for updating the theme.

Hi I was doing some testing of the theme and viewed it on my iPhone and noticed that the theme does not expand to the entire width of the device. You can see a little bit of the background on the right hand side.
Please let me know how to fix it as you can’t see the issue when viewing it in a browser at a smaller resolution.

oh sorry, for shortcode, you can get it directly from demo site > http://themes.goodlayers2.com/kingpower/accordion/
However, for google map, you can get it from the plugin directly.Try to see in google map setting in dashboard.

You have to check with Wordpress itself. If Wordpress work with 5.5 then our theme will work too. However, I don’t think Wordpress is that good with 5.5 yet but you may research for more about this, I’m not so sure too.
