Hello I bought Rosie Theme and would like to know if it’s possible to change the size of the images of products (woocommerce). I tryed to change the woocommerce settings and with Regenerate Thumbnail plugin but nohting change… The size of image is too big and would like to reduce it. Thanks in advance for your answer.

Hi Rosie team, I have a problem with plugin essential grid?. When I try to make a new grid I choose portfolio and there are no categories to choose. The second problem is that editor/preview doesn’t work, I can just upload a default image. When I put saved grid to my page I can see just one picture instead of all gallery :/

So, are you guys going to fix your HORRIBLE documentation system? I literally cannot find anything using your search engine, and when I do it’s stuff like “here are the 4 post types available: x, y, z, a” as if I didn’t already know that from the drop-down on each page and post

You need to approach this from a much better angle because you’ve essentially shot yourself in the foot by not allowing a lot of your features to be easily added in.

I don’t have time to sit and watch video tutorials that may not even address what I’m after, and likewise the same logic applies to a support ticket system.

Apart from that, I am happy with this theme, but wow, you really need to fix this documentation ASAP.

What’s the deal with the plugins folder inside the installation zip file? I installed that one and ended up with a plugin folder inside the theme folder…what good for?

Wow, you put out an update to the theme and the plugins you have pre installed inside of the theme that work with this theme you never bothered to do an update to the primary slider called the master slider. Pre built in themes from themeforest suppose to also be up to date on updates when doing a theme update and you forgot about this one. The version you still have pre installed 2.12.0 and the newest one is 2.2 for working with wordpress 4.2

I love the “Owl Carousel Feed” to add a line of Portfolio Items to a single Page… Everything works well with getting it on the page, but I can only select “Portfolio” or “Blog” as Data Source…

Is it possible to show only a certain portfolio category other than the whole portfolio items? Or is there another way for me to manually filter, which items are shown here?

This theme has bugs, do one thing and mess all other stuff easily. Very complicated to deal with and the only thing that makes up for it is the visual composer plug-in. Other than that I have spent a whole day trying to mess with just one page of the theme. The help videos are blurry and hard to see when zooming in. Very chaotic theme and hard to work with. I thought I was spending good money for a well documented theme while its not very well documented except on blurry videos with nothing to hear.

Promoted as a great theme brings no results and more chaos to my work. Spend the money somewhere else.

Hey there, I posted an issue about the Portfolio filters not working (all categories show despite me setting them not to) You said it was a known issue and that it will be fixed, its been about 6 weeks since so I wondered if it will be soon? Also the plugins, I know several people keep asking – are these coming soon too? Can you give us a firm time? My question also relates to Enjooy too which I also have.

Very cool theme. Before buying I had a few pre-sales questions:

1. This theme has a lot of features but one that seems to be missing are animated transitions. An example can be found in the Wunderkind theme (http://shinetheme.com/demosd/wund/?page_id=154). See how the text and images kind of bounce into the page when it first loads? Is this available or easily added? If not, is this planned for an upcoming update?

2. Are pricing tables included?

3. Are custom markers available for Google Maps?

4. The demos don’t seem to have a lot of parallax sections or video backgrounds when compared to other themes. Is this a heavily tested feature in your theme? Can more than just a couple of parallax sections be added to the one-page layout (like 8-10)? Can I add at least 2 video backgrounds also? Does your theme bog down when all this is added?
