Hello! I think theme has a problem on mobile cart page. quantity number disappear on table.only It shows – button. I Think It is cut off because responsive on mobile. it works great on tablet or desktop. How can I fix it?

Hi there! I very liked your theme! But I want to turn on comments on the page which I’ve selected but I can’t. I checked “Allow comments” in the quickly editor of page. But comments haven’t appeared on this page. I checked variable $cg_options[‘cg_page_comments’] in template “page-full-width.php” and it has value “no”. How can I change value of $cg_options[‘cg_page_comments’] to “yes”? Thanks!

I’m getting 404 errors for all the Retina @2x images – hundreds every day. Is it a theme/plugin issue? I can’t imagine it’s required to upload a 2nd higher res version of every image. How do I fix this?

I purchased this theme about 30 minutes ago. I’ve purchased about 30 WP Themes in the past. If you have, you know the first 20-30 minutes can be an emotional roller coaster. Is it going to install properly, yada yada yada.

This is the absolute best WP theme I’ve ever worked with. The documentation and demo videos are easy to follow.. The quality of the Theme is immaculate. If you’re considering purchasing and are hesitant. Don’t be. I actually stopped building the home page to type this up. Why? Because I’m almost done with the home page.

I purchased this because I’d been waiting for over 3 weeks for a response on another theme I recently purchased. I asked a question about the theme to the CommerceGurus (author), they responded within an hour.

I’m a strong believer in letting people know when someone is out there doing the right thing. These guys certainly are.

Interested in purchasing the theme. Is it possible to place a 12 column banner in the middle of the home page with company motto? without too many complicated changes?

my video in home page with CommerceGurus Content Strip (file size 4 Mb format mp4) load very slowly and it is not fluid, while your video surf_exp4_ns.mp4 (3.95 mb) is fluid and load very quickly.

Do you know how to make the “Coupon Codes” show on the checkout page instead of having it disappear and only show up during Paypal checkout?

When I click Apply Now for the coupon code the form field disappears and doesn’t automatically deduct the amount off of the cart until the customer is redirected to the Paypal payment page.

Fixing this would help me out a bunch!

Hello. I installed the theme but the Contact us forms does not work. When I am trying to send a form, it says: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

Why is that? My website is up and it uses IP URL (but opens for everyone)

Getting weirder and weirder. Anytime I make a change to the Custom Code, it changes the color the menu text. I then have to go back to Menu Item Settings in Theme options, and ‘save’ even though I’ve made no changes to that.

AND, all of a sudden, Back to Previous page is showing. Found css to hide it, but the ‘wrapper’ or something still shows up with an empty black box.

I am trying to change some colors on my site because I decided to remove the Layer Slider from the Home page. I’m having a few issues (big surprise, right?).

1. Anyway, is there any way to make the background color go all the way across the page?

I tried using css to make the width 100%, but it still leaves a gap on either side of the menu. Which is fine on the home page, but once you click on any product, looks funky. AND every time I DO that 100%, the text colors on the menu change…......

2. When you hover over the top menu and then kind of hover over the sub menu items, the top menu text disappears. Like if you hover over Las Vegas Tours and then hover over ATV Tours and Rentals, you can no longer see Las Vegas Tours.

Hi, I just bought this theme. I’ve installed the plugins and set up the Adrenalin Child theme. I’m now trying to customise my site using the Theme options panel. I’ve added a background image under Global Settings but when I try to save the new settings I get this error message, “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” Unfortunately neither of those options work, so effectively I cannot save any changes made with ‘Theme Options’. Any help to get this fixed would be appreciated. Thanks for your quick response towards all my queries. On mobile view, on the view cart page, the quantity text field appears very small, works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile, it doesn’t.

As per the comment by mewigo regarding the variation drop down box breaking, are you going to fix the styling so it doesn’t use generic.

Second on our checkout page at http://109.73.237.242/~packagi1/ when selecting the payment type this does not show any of the notes the same as the demo site

I have successfully installed the theme, applied all plugins and imported all demo data. However I have problems with dropdown menus that dont work and also tabs on product pages dont work when I click on them. I need someone from support to take a look why they dont work.

What is the best way to add a slider & some calls to action to the shop / products page? I added text in a text block and it’s nowhere to be seen on the page. Thanks

Try it out: 1. click color “choose option” 2. click color “pink” 3. click size “Large” 4. Try to change size to “Medium” or “Small” (doesnt work)

May you have an idea, how to fix it?
