Hello Support,
I have setup a layerslider on my homepage and have animated the texts on images. When the image transitions the text layers fade but then suddenly flash for a split second on the new slide image before the new text transitions in. This is very visually jarring and I want to remove this glitch from my layerslider.
And How do I remove the small timer (circle in the top right corner of the layerslider)?

Just went searching for my ‘problem’ within the comments, but couldn’t find a solution. I’ve bought and installed the theme, but when I use the page builder for a page, and that page shows up in search results, there is no excerpt shown. The code <?php echo dttheme_excerpt(15);?> doesn’t seem to pick up text within [dt_sc_one_half first] and so on, probably because these tags take up too much characters? Any fix?

Hi, I have two problems: - I bought this theme on 6 december 2013 . When I access my downloads page , i don’t see any link for downloading the latest version of the theme .
- and my second problem and most important : Is there any way to show the “layerslider wp” on categories and blog post ? When I first installed the theme I found a rudimentary way to do this : I generated the slider on homepages, I copied the html slider code from firefox and inserted in header.php and i made the slider showed up on all pages. The problem is that at this moment I need to activate the responsive version for the theme…and with the stupid changes I made ..the slider will not be disable for the responsive version. I need a solution to add the slider on categories and blog post in a proper way.

“Disable Slider for Mobile Devices” – this option is works only if you use slider metabox in pages. Also if you want to show slider in pages, paste slider shortcode to page content area instead of pasting html codes.

When using shortcodes, such as columns, when I insert them from the dashboard I end up with a ton of lines added. The first shortcodes are inserted correctly, but then there are 30+ lines added of undefined issues. Example: [dt_sc_undefined_half]Content for 158/2 Column here[/dt_sc_undefined_half]

Hi, i have this problem with the customization of apple icons…the General > Apple [...] Icons does not work.
I have uploaded customized icons, but after reloading the page, this parameters are empty again and the standard soulmedic icon appears, when I try to save the page to my home screen.

Hi, i have this problem on logo and mobile devices. I added this custom css to have the logo a bit bigger

i have hosting with godaddy, on the managed wordpress server. I am experiencing very slow website. I have 3 websites, one of them using the soulmedic theme. The website with the soulmedic theme is extremely slow. I contacted godaddy, the did some test, they deactivated the theme, and the website was extremely fast on the default theme. When they reactivated the soulmedic theme, it was extremely slow again. So they asked me to contact the soulmedic team to solve the problem. Please advice. this is the website: www.advancedbmi.com

I’d like to know if I can change the size of the picture and the layout of the text in the portfolio item page, for example in http://www.psicoajuda.pt/dt_portfolios/hiperatividade/
The picture looks too big and the text is not formated in a way it is shown below the picture. If the text is too long, it doesn’t look nice.

You can change the image size of portfolio items from the file wp-content/themes/soulmedic/framework/theme_features.php line no: 51 -54. After the changes made, you need to upload the portfolio images again, else you need to regenerate the thumbnails using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

I have another post about this topic. I updated the theme to new version followed all the steps recommended by you. But the portfolio page still doesn’t translate to portuguese. I have translated them in the file designthemes-core-features.po.
