When I import the woo-startpage-template and set the shop page to it. The banner is display OK! But when I change to the product category, Such as ‘product-category/tshirts’. There banner is missing! Why? can you give me some advice. Thanks so much

I am interested in purchasing this theme, and have started creating mock ups for my site design. However the products I will be displaying have many Product Categories and sub categories. Do you have an option for them to be an accordion or to toggle between the different sub categories?
If not, is there some sort of plugin I could use to do this? This would be a deal breaker for me, as the entire purpose of the site is a massive product catalog with many items.
The theme is beautiful and I really hope to find a solution for this!

We have a product categories widget that has “Only show children of the current category” option. Which shows only only top level categories on first page when you click a category then shows only it’s sub categories. This is the only option at the moment that you can use for long category lists.

Hi Im trying to set 3 sidebars on my frontpage, Ive selected them in the row options of the content row, in the order I’d like to have them (1-2-3) but the frontpage is showing the sidebars in different order (3-2-1). Ive tried to delete them and readding them in the order i want, but it keeps showing it in wrong order… is this a bug? know how to fix this? Thanks

Yes you can. The only thing you know that the short descriptions used for both listing pages and single product pages. But, you can hide the short descriptions for the listing pages.

There is a global value for each carousel which is 12 seconds currently. You can only change the value by customizing /js/script.js
autoPlay: 12000, // 12 seconds
change the “autoPlay” value at line 784

You should use a static homepage with the default homepage template set to it. Set the page as your homepage in the wp reading settings.
Do NOT set the homepage also as your blog page. So leave the wordpress reading settings Blog set to -select-.

my questions before buying is whether to use the Template Builder lose the Site Optimization for Google (SEO).
Could inform me how this works?

The template builder has a module called default post /page content. At the location in the template builder where that module is inserted the normal page body text appears.
The seo is related to the frontend of the website not the backend. That means that the seo will work fine.
If you use yoast seo and you dont use the default content module yoast will start showing red bulbs as it can not evaluate a template which is outside the page content. This does not mean anything as the content will still be ok.

I have place Pricing table (style service) into table content (we need to show different price levels on each service, each service is represented in a table tab/colum.

I could be interested in buying your template. But my logo size is 219×220px.
Would it be possible to place the logo above the white menubar, when in boxed mode any design loss for desktop and mobile devices?
Also can I remove the top grey widget (about us, login in, basket etc.)?

Do the floating sidebars only work in posts? For some reason I cannot seem to get them to work on any pages. I apologize in advance as I likely missed this in the documentation, or I am overlooking something simple.
