It’s just what are you trying to do is not possible with the functions this template have.

The code that is right now in the template, does not allow links to be loaded from a url in this format “http://....”

The code only read the section that is before the .html for simple pages, and only inside pages, in the same folder as the main index page. This is for the multipage version. Which we created as an custom request from other clients, added as extra to the onepage version which was the original version here.

You are missing the value and purpose of this item, which is an HTML template. And not a final solution, a final website that works on any modifications you will add to it.

Yes you need to hire a developer to create a website from a template, or to create custom features to it. Templates are simple mockups that give you a basic start in creating a final product.

No it is the links “inside” or “on” the new page I create.

The links work ok when I directly go to the new pages, but if I firstly open an existing page, then click on the “i” icon at the top left, the links on the new page stop working.

I have tried everything to try to get this working including going back to the original files, re-creating the new page from scratch… but it appears to be a coding issue.

I have even tried to hire other IT people from Envato Studio to fix the probelm but they have told me to go back to you, as you are the one who should fix it.

Can I pay you extra to get this working properly ?

I really like the AJAX mobile “metro” site.

As I replied to your latest comment, you cannot use URL with HTTPS://....when creating inside pages. The code will not read them corectly.

The only fast solution is to remove the ajax code from the template.

Or keep the pages in the same structure as the demo ones are.

On our side it works perfectly. So it must be a server or code issue.

Make sure your server does not require SMTP verification. Because the form does not include that.

Also there is one more issue on blog list if you show 20 blogs and scroll down to 5th or 6th blog and click on “read More on next page it stays on same scroll area rather then showing blog detail from top.”

2. There are option to scroll the details page on top automatically.

Onepage version use swipernested.swipeTo(0);

As you can see in the above point 1 we are using this.

On multipage you can use for example

a onClick=”jQuery(‘html, body’).animate( { scrollTop: 0 }, ‘slow’ );” href=”javascript:void(0);”

Or a tag with #id and point with a href to that point that is found on top of the details page.

On the multipage version pages are loaded dinamically and we are using an extension to the url to load the page selected. The target of the template was to achieve an html web app feel to website.

So the about page is index.html#about

The servcies page is index.html#services

Try to send your desktop pages to this kind of structure

To be honest I did not know about this google recommandations. I hope they will be good with this structure.

thank you for getting back to us, unfortunately using a url like domainname.tld/index.html#about does not work and bring the user back to the welcome page and not the intended page. Which will help restore mobile page ranking with google.

Then it seems that google will create a big disadvantage for ajax websites. A few time ago even they had a separate mobile page to use only for mobile, and now they adapt to responsive. I guess they make rules.

We will try to investigate this more and came with a solution to keep the template beahave like an app, and work with google requirements too.

You can any code you want as long as you know how to add it.

It’s a simple HTML mobile template which can transform into a php one.

If you have a good facebook page like script which you know how to integrate it into a HTML template, yes you can add to this template as well.

Just try to keep the layout responsive, so it will suit the mobile resolution.

The issue is that on inputs and textareas the slide will not work, because you need them to be active to insert text. Try to slide down from a zone outside the inputs, like labels…

After the screenshot look, it seems that the layout does not load the full image height on home page.

I guess some CSS background values are not seens corectly the the browser of your mobile.

To do what you want you need to edit the code.js file

Right at the top of the code you will see a function that includes:

The function swipernested.reInit(); needs to be added exactly in the section where your new added code is executed.

Meaning when you add dinamic content you need to swipernested.reInit(); after the content is loaded.

Take this for example. The toogle section from the blog.

    $(".trigger_blog").click(function(){
        function fixheighttoogle()
        {
            swipernested.reInit();
            setTimeout(fixheighttoogle, 1000);
        }
        setTimeout(fixheighttoogle, 1000);
    });

After the toogle button is clicked, the section have a new height. So the swipernested.reInit(); is inserted right after the button is clicked with 1 second delay.

No problem. I own a web development company here in the United States and bought your theme in an effort to save me some time. But, the SVG files are NOT standard in the USA. The hosting I use is www.GoDaddy.com, the biggest in the USA and they do not automatically make the SVG files available for use, as we just found out. So, please use PNG until the rest of the world catches up. ha! Thanks again.

We use for 10+ years also an USA company for hosting, hostgator. And it seems to work on their side. But I guess depends on the server settings also.
