Hi, The fomatting of my blog on your site is bla… http://studiolaflamme.com/how-to-select-what-goes-in-your-album/

I’d like a single colum, instead of this wide page thing, is there a way to change this? Are there any other blog tweaks that I could do? Thanks

You might want to try this:

.single-post .thb-page-section.meta.details,
.single-post .thb-page-section.thb-navigation,
.single-post .thb-page-section#thb-main-content,
.single-post .thb-page-section.thb-featured-image-section {
    width: 600px;
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
}

You can tweak the 600px value as you like.

HI, where do I put this?

You can add that in the Custom CSS textarea option under Theme appearance on admin.

Is there anywhere that suggests all image sizes ie. splash logo, background, etc.

Hi there,

the theme does not suggest particular image sizes. The header resizes automatically according to your logo proportions, same goes for the splash logo. Concerning background images, we generally use images that are at least 1600 pixels in width. For the splash logo, we would suggest 300 pixels in width.

Hello, Is it possible to disable the form to add comments ? For instance here: http://fotoslask.eu/kontakt/

Make screenshot below link: http://pokazywarka.pl/4wy76p/

Is it possible to turn off the display of titles under the picture?

Hi there,

unfortunately there isn’t an option for that but you can still hide that area by using CSS, the data selector is ”.thb-gallery-data”, so you have to write something like: .thb-gallery-data { display: none; }

Regards

OK :) Thanks :)

Hello, I have recently used superba on a website (btw great theme!) and I seem to have some issues on mobile, it seems to be trying to display the desktop site instead of loading the mobile version. I have tried from different handsets and on different browsers, could you please have a look? http://www.riccardocarraro.it/ Thanks

Hi there,

could you please open a new ticket on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com so that we can look better into the problem?

You have to create a new account on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com, by clicking on the “log in” button on the top right corner, register your purchase by adding your purchase code, then you’ll be able to create a new support ticket or browse all the tickets related to your purchase.

Thanks

Thanks, I have submitted a ticket!

I have started creating galleries for family and sports events and was wondering if there was a plugin or a way to show a “download button” in the Lightbox.

I have the “No Right Click” enabled for the theme but would like to make the pictures in my galleries available for download. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

unfortunately there isn’t a quick option to add a button in the modal lightbox view, you can anyway customize the /partials/gallery-details.php file that is the one the output the lightbox modal content and you can add here your button (for example around line 29 just after the project link).

Hi, I want to buy this theme, it looks great, but I want to know if I can put my photos in the blog like this site: http://www.edpeers.com/blog/ In one column and show the full post.

Thanks

Hi there,

unfortunately this is not possible since the theme doesn’t load the full post content in the blog page. You can anyway customize the template by changing the_excerpt with the_content in order to load the full post content with all the images.

Regards

Thanks, and Can I put the images in one column gallery like in the example?

Hi there,

you can use the WordPress native gallery shortcode that allows you to create a gallery from 1 to 9 columns.

Regards

Hi there, I’ve tried and tried with using galleries and blog grids in the section builder, but still cannot get the images to be links to the blog post rather than opening the image in a new window. To have the ‘image opens post’ tick box, I’ve had to create the blog in the section builder as the box doesn’t appear in the normal blog grid gallery. This now means all my blogs have to be on one page, whereas before, they were in pages of 9 posts. Please help. Here’s the link to the page www.gavharrisonphotography.com/gallery

Quick question: looks like lightbox is not working if I use a pagebuilder gallery element in a portfolio item: http://nad.works/project/andy-waddell-alive/ If you scroll down to the draft designs, you can see they are not opening in a lightbox. Any idea how I can make that happen?

Hi there,

we’ve sent you a detailed email concerning this issue, we’ve pasted your original tickets in the email we’ve sent asking you to open again these two ticket in the correct Superba ticket category since you’ve opened these ticket in the “One” category.

Let us know if there’s more that we can do for help you.

The spam filter had it. Thanks. Will re-post tickets.

Great, Let us know if there’s more that we can do for help you.

Love the theme. Really cool.

Just one issue. The thumbnails for new portfolio and post items I am posting are not cropping as your demo content (square). Basically they just shrink to 218px width and then the proportional height.

Where’s the option I am missing to crop as desired?

Tried all that. Didn’t work. Raised a ticket.

Fixed it – panic over. It was picking the wrong image/size in the first place.

Hi there,

great so that we can close your ticket? since from what we can see everything seems to work fine on your website.

Hi. When you turn off the page loading screen can you tell me how each page loads – does the menu bar have to reload each time or can it stay up while page loads. Also are there any page transitions options (fade, slide up in etc) Thanks.

The loading of pages is not done via AJAX, if that’s what you’re asking, and so there are not transition options concerning the page loading.

Hiya,

Very nice theme.

Could you tell me please whether it’s possible on the homepage full screen to add additional text to the page and also a menu?

I would like the homepage to look something like this (layout wise) : http://runemolnes.com/

Rich

Hi there,

yes the page with the slideshow can have the menu, but if you want you can also customize the splash page template in order to add a menu.

Regards

Any chance you could do a quick demonstration for me please? (splash page)? – I also have a question about the collections, my concept is for a masonry album page and when you click through on each album it either takes you to a page or another masonry page with those albums images within it – is this possible? I was confused by the collections pages as it seems if I had say 4 wedding shoots they would be collection in one collection view is this right? – is my vision possible?

Hi there,

unfortunately we haven’t the chance to modify right now the online demo. Concerning your last question, you can have a page composed by collections as single builder blocks that link to pages with masonry images, but the collections builder block cannot be displayed in a masonry layout. Alternatively you can use the projects page template that can be display items also in a masonry grid but you can display the single project in a grid or mosaic mode only.

Let us know if there’s more that we can do for help you.

Me again!

When I designed my photography website using WP and your stunning theme, I designed it all under a temporary domain name which I now need to change to my business domain name (I had to wait for my web guy to release the existing domain name to me, which he did this morning).

So now, I have pointed my business domain to my wordpress folder so it shows the new site when typed in a browser… brilliant. HOWEVER when you click on any of the links and menus, the website takes you straight to the temporary domain name at the top of the navigation bar.

I’ve tried all sorts of methods and plugins, which all have been unsuccessful in getting me where I want. (I’ve had to log into my phpmyadmin account numerous times to re-enter my temporary domain name just so I can get back into my wp-admin screen!)

I’ve sat for 5 hours today trying different methods of re-directing all my pages to be my business domain unsuccessfully, so I understand this is a WP issue rather than a theme query, but if you could let me know the best way to get this to work before I pull the remainder of my hair out, that’d be great!!

Hi there,

that’s weird, we’d need access to your website, so that we can check what’s going on there. Could you please open a new ticket on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com so that we can look better into the problem?

Thanks

I’ve tried but I never seem to receive a confirmation email whenever I try log into your website in order to open a new ticket?

Probably something went wrong when creating your account. What username did you use when you first registered?

Hi THB,

I essentially have two formats of posts, “Standard” and “Link.” I’d like to have the user be able to navigate between “Standard” on the “Blog” page, and have the “previous” “next” buttons skip over the “Link” posts, which I essentially use in a widget for Recent Press that links off the blog.

Is there a way to change the “previous” “next” navigation on the blog post view?

Thank you!

Hi there,

not exactly sure what you want to achieve there. You can associate a specific category to your posts and create a blog page that filters by that category, in order not to display the other categories you might have.

As far as “previous” and “next” links go, we’re afraid there’s no way to change them to make them point elsewhere.

Hi,

In Album – Grid mode, you have a ” white flash ” between each picture. This ” flash ” is the only transition available in this mode.

1) Could it be possible, in Album – Grid mode, to have the same smooth transitions (slide or fade) you get in Album – Slideshow mode ?

2) If it’s not possible, how to get an Album – Slideshow full-screen with all the pictures displayed in their NATIVE ratio (and not with vertical images cropped in the middle as it is by now) ?

For vertical images, the visitor would have, of course, to scroll his browser page to watch the photo from top to bottom.

Hope it makes sense. ;-)

William

Hi there,

the first point is not possible, but for the second you could try and edit the js/script.js. Find the rsOptions['imageScaleMode'] = 'fill'; line and comment it.

Someone know if the price of the template is per month or per year? I don’t know where is it mentionned.

Hi there,

the price is a one time fee; you can read the full license here: http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard?license=regular

Hi when I updated my theme, do I need to upgrade both the child and parent themes? Thanks

Parent only!

Hi, Please help with the following (apologies for the quantity of questions but thought I’d best ask all in one go rather than going back and forward to you!):

1. I need to have the images on my homepage so they cannot be clicked, just static images with no fades on mouse rollover… where is this option to do this?

2. Is there any way of having the chosen images for my homepage randomised on each visit?

3. Is there a way of having the images on my blog posts so that when clicked they bring the post itself up rather than bringing the image up in a different window? (same as clicking on the post title)

4. With text boxes within ‘sections’ I add at the bottom of the page, is there an option to make certain words bold / create links? I can only assign this type of thing to text within the main page content.

5. On my homepage, I have text below the gallery / carousel itself. I’ve had to put this text in a section at the bottom for it to appear under the images… is there an option somewhere where I can assign the gallery carousel to be over the body of text you add in the main text content? Yoast is not picking up on my homepage key wording as it’s not in the main body of the page, it’s in the section added at the bottom. If google picks up on this text no matter where it is, then that doesn’t matter too much, but then I cannot add bold sections / links as specified on question 4.

That’s all folks! ;)

Thanks in advance

Gav

Hi there,

1) yes if you use one of the “Albums” page templates you can check the “Disable gallery modal” option in the “Theme options” page metabox.

2) unfortunately there isn’t an option for that

3) yes if you use the “Blog” page template you have an option called “Post thumbnails open posts” in the “Theme options > Blog loop” page metabox.

4) yes you can use basic HTML tag like “strong”

5) you can choose where the page builder content must be displayed, above or below the gallery from the “Position” option in the “Layout builder” metabox in the page editing screen.

Regards

Hi, Thanks for the help although I still got a little stuck on item 3. If you’re using a blog grid, the option for “Post Thumbnails open posts” isn’t there. I wish to keep my blog as a grid, but even then, I tested this on the blog layout (no grid, just a list), checked the “Post thumbnails open posts” box…. but clicking the photo still didn’t bring the post up, just the photo in its own window?

With point 5 I think you missed my point, I currently have text under the gallery carousel but changing the “position” but what I was asking was if there was a way of having text on my homepage, below the gallery, but text which was added in the standard text field, not within a ‘section’ of the page builder? (mainly for ease of adding links and bold text instead of having to use HTML within the sections.

New question: Is it possible to get my logo horizontally centralised when viewing on all devices?

Thanks.

Hi there,

3) the option “Post Thumbnails open posts” is available also in the Blog builder block, if you still have issues could you please open a new ticket on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com so that we can look better into the problem? you have to create a new account on our support platform at http://thbthemes.com, by clicking on the “log in” button on the top right corner, register your purchase by adding your purchase code, then you’ll be able to create a new support ticket or browse all the tickets related to your purchase.

5) If you use the page content this can be displayed only before the carousel, if you want to place a text after the carousel you have to use the text builder block, this block support basic html tags so you can use the bold or italic tag for example.

concerning your last question, unfortunately there isn’t an option for that, you have to customize the appearance manually.

Regards

Hi there,

seems like my comment didn’t get posted so I’m trying again. Sorry in case it will appear twice.

I wanted to thank you once again for incorporating my feedback some time ago. I have finally bought it and I’m very happy with the design. It’s very well made and self explaining. The only thing I wasn’t able to customize is setting the image height in the carousel to something else than 600px. But the child theme was a great thing to solve this.

After all I found one small issue with the carousel. It’s set to align left and the first slide is selected. Now, when the page loads and when you use the right arrow key on your keyboard, nothing happens on the first key press. As of the second key press, everything is ok. Maybe you want to look into it.

Regards

I have just send you the link via the contact form on your themeforest profile.

Side note: I’ve just installed the latest version released today. The changelog on themeforest is not updated yet. In addition, the changelog in the download only tells you the files that have been updated. So all in all I don’t really know what has changed. Some explanation would be helpful.

The changelog has now been updated.

Concerning the issue you’re reporting, we were able to reproduce it, and we’ll look into it in order to fix it in our next theme update. Thanks!

Sounds good. Thank you.

Hi,

i can’t see the fullscreen icon in mobile view.

The image on “single image view” is very small on mobile devices and theres seems to be no option to view the pictures larger.

Hi there,

the fullscreen mode is a desktop only feature, on mobile when you open an image in the lightbox you have the option to remove the margin around the image in order to use all of the space available on your device.

Hi there, I would like to know if there is anything (a plugin, whatever..) to make the gallery in Hp go back to the beginning when arriving to the end.

Thank you! Francesca

Hi there,

we are sorry but we don’t know a plugin like the one you’re asking for.
