Hello, how are you?
With this theme I can create multiple independent portfolios?
Example:
Site Menu:
- Portfolio 1: Product Category A, Product Category B, Product Category C
- Portfolio 2: Product Category X, Product Category Y, Product Category Z
- Portfolio 3: Product Category F, Product Category G, Product Category H
And within each category, several products in the portfolio with the possibility of filters them.

Thank you for your interest in Vertikal and sorry for delay in replying back to your question.
Yes, you are able to create different categories for portfolio, then you should create 3 different pages for your portfolios and add the portfolio element with your preferred categories in each page via page builder.
And the filter will work for the categories that you’ve chosen for that specific page.

Thank you for purchasing Vertikal! Actually there is not horizontal menu option in Vertikal but if you check my portfolio, there’s a theme named Convertible and somehow you may call it the horizontal version of our Vertikal!

Hi, I really like the theme, just two questions:
1) my footer widget area is empty, how to get rid of that little empty space (under line that separates body and footer, but above colored part of footer)
2) when i change permalinks to different format than default, i start getting 404. meaning i change format from http://xxx.com/?page_id=1 to http://xxx.com/sample-post/ but the new link doesnt work (same as old one)

Thank you for your interest in Vertikal! Yes, Its default layout is set to 1170px but it also supports 1600px and fullwidth mode as well.

One problem I am having is with the banner. it cuts off the bottom of my company logo. I have tried many different size images, changing the padding and cannot get it to work. I’m not sure if I’ve got the point properly. It seems you are trying to put your logo in banner area but it’s not showing up completely, right?
If so, please go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS” and add the following code there:
#page-banner {
padding-top: 100px;
padding-bottom: 100px;
}

I have one more question. The site looks great on my computer, but on my mobile phone, the pictures and banner don’t appear correctly. The banner is chopped in half and the pictures are all too large and don’t line up. How can I fix this?

The latest update of Vertikal was released 2 weeks ago. When did you receive the update notification? If you’ve upgraded to Vertikal v1.6 then you don’t need to upgrade it again.
By the way, It seems you don’t have purchased badge for Vertikal theme. Are you sure you have purchased it with this account or maybe you’ve purchased another theme… ?

Please go to “Appearance > Themes” and check the version number of the installed Vertikal theme. If it was v1.6, then you are using the latest version and you don’t need to upgrade but if you are using an older version, you may upgrade to the latest version.

Thank you for purchasing Vertikal! We can do this by some custom CSS codes, but I guess the easiest and fastest way is to replace current font awesome arrow with something which looks like a normal UL bullet. Please try this code (Please add it to “Appearance > Theme Options > Custom CSS”):

Thanks for choosing Vertikal! Yeah it’s most likely that there is an issue with your permission settings. Please make sure that your webserver has write access to dynamic.css file in your theme root directory.

Hello, This makes the sub-menus inaccessible on mobile. I still want to be able to see them, but only when you click on the main menu item. This is how most mobile menus work. With yours, all sub-menus are open on default (causing a long mobile menu) and I just want the sub-menus to be closed until you click on them. Is that possible?

Thank you for your interest in Vertikal! About your first question, yes, you can set different background images for different pages by editing each page/post.
About your second question (transparency) This could be done by adding some custom CSS codes which you should do it on your own if you are familiar with CSS coding. I’ve seen some clients who’s done this.
