We have navigation links under Contact. When we use dropdown menu below Contact, almost 1/3 of dropdown menu box width is not visible and spread outside of browser window. Please advise.

Could you provide a link your site or send a screenshot?

We would like to use simple image rotator instead of flexslider/layerslider.

Can you please suggest some free basic responsive image rotator/carousel fast to load? Every time when visitor comes to site image should be different. Basic rotator with no navigation to change 2-3 different images – just to keep home page fresh…

Sorry but I don;t know anything that would fit your needs.

Hi, what web font would you suggest for finance/bank business as alternative to current Open Sans in template?

Hi, we are interested in template. Can you improve load time? Google Speed test is showing poor grades.

Well, not really.
1. Most people want uncompressed files (css,js)

2. deflate or gzip compression is related with your server (you can turn it on or not)

With updated template left-image (300×200) in sidebar-right is little bit small. What do you think about increasing left-image size?

Sorry, we thought that there is some default image size setting in CSS code. So, we just need to insert image with preferred size in template?

So, we just need to insert image with preferred size in template?

Exactly.

Can we please have 12+4 columns layout in Incredible template? With updated template 11+5 columns are not looking as good proportion. 1/5 column is too wide.

Use twelve columns + four columns.

We tried it… but it looks that default 11+5 looks better :) Anyhow, is there quick code to reduce width of content inside 1/5 columns to let say 95%? Maybe that would be solution.

Nope, because if you’ll reduce width of 1/5 column then the rest (11 cols) would not fill the whole grid which is 1180px. :P

How can we set responsive top header? On left side (phone) and right side (email)?

Could you clarify? There’s no email/phone on top header

We want to have one additional small header above existing top header so we can promote toll-free phone (left corner) and contact info (right corner)…

And what’s the problem? :P Add an extra container with these things above an existing header.

Can we have layout of 2/3 column + 1/3 column? And what would be max image size for 2/3 column image?

.container .one-third.column  { width: 380px; }
.container .two-thirds.column { width: 780px; }

Hi Vasterad! Thank you for your newest update. You kept your promise! We appreciate your support and providing new updates. Template looks much better now :) We are testing it right now before updating site.

Thanks for adding fancy LayerSlider, too. As we aim for fastest load time – can you please provide example how to setup LayerSlider to run with basic options and load fastest as possible?

I don’t think so. Layerslider has many scripts, animations etc.

You have updated Flexslider? Where is a code for home page? We can’t find it in new update…

Now flexslider is used only for blog and portfolio pages.

Recently Incredible got an update:

- Wider grid (1180px)
- Updated jQuery and Flexslider
- Added Font-Awesome Icons
- Added LayerSlider

What slider is fastest to load? Maybe we could buy third party software to change current slider. Flexslider takes a lot of time to load.

It’s too pity that you have abandoned this template. I don’t know why? It is very stylish and nice template. Moreover, you don’t provide any updates to slider, testimonials carousel, code etc.

You could still sell this template easily but who would want to buy old template form 2012?

Great :) While updating theme, can you optimize template speed as well?

Imho there’s no things that need to be optimized in this matter. It’s not WordPress theme where you need to load dozens of scripts. ;p

I am not expert on this, but comparing to other similar HTML templates, using gtmetrix.com Incredible is having very low grades (F) especially for Minify JavaScript, Minify CSS… with total number of requests: 56 vs other templates number of requests are: 15-35

So I guess there is a room for improvement and I am sure that you will take a look. We are looking forward to updated template!

Hi Vasterad, We have updated Flexslider from 2.1 to 2.40

<link rel="stylesheet" href="flexslider.css" type="text/css"> <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js"></script> <script src="jquery.flexslider.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"> $(window).load(function() { $('.flexslider').flexslider(); }); </script>

1. Flexslider is working fine, but Next, Previous buttons on slider, and Back to top at the bottom of page are missing. 2. Carousel is not working, too. All 5 testimonials are showing on page at once. No rotation.

Please advise.

I’m sure it’s because of CSS. Newer version is a bit different from an old. Check and compare it.

I have found that testimonial carousel.js is not working with flexslider 2.4 because of jquery version. Flexslider uses 1.62 but testimonials carousel.js works with 1.71 only. Does it make sense? I am interested in new flexlisder as it has preload function and old does not. <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"> $(window).load(function() { $('.flexslider').flexslider(); }); </script> I guess this will load slider more quickly? Am I correct?

It might load slider more quickly but I’d not expect big improvement.

Can you improve template and add different color schema?

Hi, sorry but I’m not planning update

Hi, Can we have 1/5 columns? What’s the best way to do this? Are there shortcodes for them? Thank you.

Hi, unfortunately there’s no shortcode for 1/5 columns

Hi Vasterad, We used Google Markup Helper and they have changed Incredible HTML original code from:

<!DOCTYPE html> <!--[if lt IE 7 ]><html class="ie ie6" lang="en"><![endif]--> <!--[if IE 7 ]><html class="ie ie7" lang="en"><![endif]--> <!--[if IE 8 ]><html class="ie ie8" lang="en"><![endif]--> <!--[if (gte IE 9)|!(IE)]><!--> <html lang="en"><!--<![endif]--><head>

to

<!DOCTYPE html> <!-- Microdata markup added by Google Structured Data Markup Helper. --> <html lang="en" class="csstransforms no-csstransforms3d csstransitions js"><!-- <![endif] --><head>

Is it safe to use their code? Please advise. What for was this code anyway?

Thank you for your quick response! How about

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" /> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />

I see many use this code as well.

Thank you for quick response. How about

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" /> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge" />

I see that many are using this as well.

It’s not necessary. Keep it simple: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_intro.asp

Hi! I noticed that the slider shows moved toward the right of the page (I mean, not centered) in Firefox (last version of the browser). Do you think there is a solution? Thank you!

Is there a boxed version of this theme? The demo is not showing it…

Hi, unfortunately not

Is there a way to send the info from the contact form to two email addresses? I tried adding a space and comma plus another email address and also tried that without the space but neither worked.

Thanks!

Hi, unfortunately without magnificent changes it’s not possible. I can’t help in this case because I’m not php expert. :P

Love the template – it has been very easy to work with. I can’t seem to get the contact form to work. I looked through the other comments about the form and verified that the custom.js file is uploaded and that I edited the php file and made sure that it is uploaded as well. At this point I don’t have any other page files uploaded so (no home page uploaded). Would love to get this site working in the next few days
