You should install in Appearance > Install Plugins on admin sidebar after activate porto theme.
Please add css for choosed attribut in YITH WooCommerce Ajax Navigation, tag is <li class="chosen" />.

The theme you bought from Spyropress is not Porto eCommerce, those are different products.
Thank you. I purchased your Porto theme, yesterday. Everything is fine except one thing. I changed the footer type to type-3 at Theme Option >> Footer. It’s saved successfully, but it is not changed on frontend. Footer type-1 is still there.

Regarding VC license key, we can not share it, you should use the embedded version inside Porto.

Hi there, finally good looking theme ( 9 yrs in the design business ) I have a few questions so please provide me an email.
1st thing, I found some bugs. Please check out mega menu on Ipad. Click on a few tabs in the row, one by one and you will see that instead of drop down effect, a 2nd 3rd … tap works as a link.
There is no drop down effect.
The footer does some nasty things in V position.

We purchased the extended licenses for these plugins so you can use this plugin which are embedded in porto theme. You don’t need to activate the license key. You should purchase other plugins.

1st Question – social media login

I would like to speedup the whole process by instaling one of your demo but the problem I have that each of your demos have something I like. Would be able to choose a demo a then mofify the look, add some features from other demos?
Also How could I get change one demo to another or even go back to default look so I could start building the page from scratch?

I have just added new products on my page and I ve noticed that picture within the carousel is square/ shorter than other product pictures from your demo/dummy data.
How can I make them look the same? I’ve used the demo product page – same wrong effect.

What would happen if I install woocommerce pages after importing dummy data from the theme?3)
What would be the best way to back up my page in cased I would like to change the demo or before an theme update? I do know that you did mention this within the documentation. The documentation is not prepared for non developers. I did try back it up with the plugin you recommended. The page crashed. Had to start from scratched. What would be the most confident way to restore my page so I could keep my product pages and content in place?

The documentation is confusing e.g. “Visual Composer > General Settings and make sure to check the following checkboxes under Content Types: post, page, product, block, faq, member & portfolio”. Well on the screenshot itself the ‘product’ is NOT selected. Its an error.
I have a square photos, already try a few things. How can I get same rectangle pictures as on your demo? Please dont send me to the online documentation. I have already read it – its confusing. That is why I am asking you here. Could pls give me some of your time and tell me step by step how to achieve the same effect ? I have already spend a few hours on it.

dont worry. I solved the problem by reinstaling the regenerate thumbnails plugin. Now it works.
You might wanna correct that part within your documentation.
You might need some more ppl within your support team. Since you have more customers, the quality of your support is not the same. The porto theme looks really good. So you will have more and more customers. This worries me a bit. Is there any way to speed up our communication in the future?

You should select the header type to 1 or 4 and configure the main menu options in Theme Options > Main Menu.

Sorry, quite do not understand what you mean. If you mean original Porto – MultiPurpose Wordpress theme, its completely different with Porto eCommerce.

Hey guys, great theme. Really quick…when you disable search on the header, I notice that doesn’t disable it for mobile. Can you let me know where to go to disable it for mobile? I would also like to move the mobile menu icon to the right (the lines icon) and make it bigger. Is that in the css?

What are Grid Elements and how do you use them. Its a post type, but I dont see a way to use it and its not in documentation.
You can use grid element when align the elements as masonry format. You can see the images like http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/demo2 (huge sale, for the colorful). If you imported dummy data, you can check “Home Version 2” page.
There are page builder items to build masonry areas but there is also a custom post type in the admin menu and it lets you create masonry groups using a custom version of the page builder. But It doesnt create a shortcode and I didnt see a way to insert it when editing a page.

I installed the theme and when I am trying to install recommended plugins then some of them got failed to install like: “Envato Toolkit” “MailPoet Newsletters” “Redux Framework (need to translate theme option labels)” & “Yith Woocommerce Wishlist”. They are not getting installed at all.
Also the demo files is also not uploading on my website. None of them are working. When I try to install demo content then the page becomes blank.

I noticed in chrome vs firefox that the header is significantly smaller in chrome. Any ideas?
Please check browser zoom size.
Both zooms are on 0. Im using the centered logo layout, so there is a left 42%, a center 16%, and a right 42% in the header. In firefox the 16% is almost as wide as the 42% so the logo is nice and full size, in chrome the 16% hardly leaves any room for the logo so the header is very small..

display: table-cell; } In firefox this seems to make the logo completely ignore the size of the div it is in. You can set it to 1px or 0% and it still shows its full size.
