Hi this problem happened when I duplicate the RONALD REAGAN skins in Essential Grids and use the new duplicate skins.
As you can see, there is no thumbnail shown, only black background. The thumbnail only shown when I hover the mouse. There is no customization done.
This problem does not happen if I use the original RONALD REAGAN skins.
Please help on how to solve this problem.

Hi, I want to have a second sidebar menu on a page, is there a way I can do this myself? Bearing in mind I am a novice at this… I can see how you change which menu on the sidebar under widgets, but i want a different menu for another page…

Hi.. I’m still really pleased with this template… I’ve got a new issue though.. Using header 3. The menu button appears to have turned white on white when on anything smaller than a desktop, so is very hard to find.. The same is happening on the demo.
I’ve found the solution… Mobile Menu Toggle Color… You may want to set it for the demo though.

For a week now my ticket has not been resolved. And you have just replied saying “our developer will provide fix today” But never do I hear back. WPML widget not working with this theme so it should not be advertised as WPML compatible. If you are not going to fix just say. Not waste my time
