Rt18 does not have that ability. Its a good suggestion though. I like the idea. RT19 has the ability of video backgrounds.

Hi, I need to know if the theme have a filter on product showcase page. I have many product categories, and I have to create a page for each of them. In each page I need that were show only the products of this particular categories. Have the theme a function to do that?

The you can use the product category shortcode or module in the template builder to create pages listing only that image of the category linking to a page of all product attached to that category
Or you can use the product module or shortcode to create pages listing products of only that category.
So the answer is yes you can do that.

Hi, love your theme! Bought it already four times for different purposes. Got one question: I want to slow down the menu dropdown. I guess it’s done with jquery like superfish? Please advise what’s the best solution to achieve this? To me, changing the code is the very last option to consider.

Product and Shop are looking very different I understood like you description, WooCommerce is looking and workilng like Product area – So I can´t manage the same look and do not find how to setup. The documentation does not show specific information. How do I manage TABS in the shop like Products? Which Template to use? Where is the Shop Template when I look in the Template Builder? The Shop functions are not similar to the products area, so how can I work with theme18 and wooCommerce?

I have a problem that i cant click on the “edit” button in the template configurator. So i cant edit the pages. Delete and cloning button works. I can also change nothing in the option three. Do you know how to fix this issue?

Those emails are sending by WooCommerce plugin and the theme has no control over them. Please check the plugin’s support forums.

Yes it is installed WooCommerce but when you put in variables products does not show the buy button
The variable products doesn’t have the “buy” button, only “select” button for single product page.

Hi,
I’ve encountered a problem where the the template builder is not working anymore (shows a blank page when I clicked on template builder). I assume that this is because I haven’t update the theme in a while.
However, when I installed the theme, I did it through wordpress, not FTP. Is there any way that I can update the theme without FTP and not have all my files deleted, resulting in a blank scratch?

We have built-in product catalog tools called “Product Showcase” http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/our-products/ The product showcase has no shopping cart or online payment options, just order inquiry form if you would like to have one. The theme also supports WooCommerce e-commerce plugin http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/shop/ and it is for classic online stores.
The both tool looks similar (not 100%) on the front-end yet their back-ends are different. http://rttheme19.rtthemes.com/admin-panel/
After this clarification, let me answer your questions;
1) Pricing data is optional for product showcase items http://rt19-demo7.rtthemes.com/product-details/product-with-vertical-tabs-2/
2) It is an WooCommerce product.
2.a) Yes you can use a left or right sidebar for your single product page.
3) The default contact form is limited, just built as a simple contact form. However, the theme supports Contact Form 7, Gravitiy Forms and Ninja Forms plugins. Those plugins will also looks like the default contact form. As far as i know, you can create and email according current page’s title by using the Contact Form 7 plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Is it possble to allow comments to be posted on Portfolio pages ? There is an allow comments checkbox on the portfolio page in admin but when checked comments or comment input form is not shown on the portfolio page

You need to enable comments for portfolio items via RT-Theme 18 -> Portflio Options by checking this option “Enable (if checked) Commenting in Single Portfolio Pages.” Also, make sure the single portfolio post allows comments.
