When I clic on a item of the porfolio and I close de window (“fermer” in french), the words of the text rotator are overlapping. Can I do something to correct this?

Pre-sale question. Is it possible to create custom opt-in boxes with this theme? I see you have a pre-designed contact form but is there a way to add opt-in boxes for email sign ups? I’m worried that using an additional plug-in would ruin the beautiful sleek and clean design! Thanks!

Also, if there’s some Contact Form 7 plugin extra adjustment that is still needed I will take care of it.

With regards to my earlier request the layout on the home page doesn’t look right either. Besides the fact that non of the images imported, The menu has two “home” links (with different submenu pages), two “pages” pages(with different submenu pages), two “blog” pages(with different submenu pages), etc, etc. There are two of everything, along with none of the images showing.
Please note we are building this on a testing environment, therefore the URL is not open to the public and is only available internally from our office. Not sure if that has something to do with why the sample data is not being imported correctly.

About the images thing: I don’t have any similar reports so this should have to do with some specific server side restrictions that you may have. You also mention this so I can’t help if these restrictions are present. I can’t debug also, because you are working on that specific environment.
All I can add is that the images are included within the theme folder. I did this to avoid any security measures that could be active server-side.
About the menu: probably you have repeated the one-click install process and that is why you are having that issue. If you want erase the menu and repeat the one-click process to solve that.

Hi, When using the 1-click import feature, non of the demo images have been imported. You mention in your video that it won’t import the SAME images due to copyright reasons but in my case NO images have been imported. Please let me know how I can go about importing the demo images.

Thank you for purchasing! About updating Visual Composer: you bought the theme and you only have the license for it (not for Visual Composer). So, it is the theme that will eventually provide updates to it. Please disregard that update message if it appears again.

Hi there!
Fantastic theme! I’m just in the midst of setting up the pages and for some reason under ‘Theme Options’ in the Theme Control Panel, I can see the various options like, ‘general’, ‘branding’, ‘header’ etc, but the control panel is greyed out so nothing happens when I clicks on any of the headings and the content area is also blank.
Just wondering what might be causing this?

The plugin “Ultimate Under Construction page” is causing a serious Javascript error and it is preventing the theme options to work. You should consider using another plugin. As an alternative the theme has a Coming Soon page template if that is enough for your needs.

I noticed that in the footer – corporate, you used a script for the heart shape at the very bottom [i class=”stamp_fa-heart”]. I’ve made a custom icon & would like to insert it in several places in the theme. Is there a way I can do this using Font Awesome or Fontello?

Hi, Interested in purchasing the theme. Can you tell me if you plan to fix some of the minor bugs on mobile? Also is the layout shown on your landing page for the “blogger” option still available? I only ask because if you navigate directly form here: http://www.pirenko.com/previews/?theme=stamp it shows correctly but if you remove the frame and navigate to the page it shows a different layout.

The blogger page structure is included in the one click install and so is the skin with the colors. I removed the top frame and I’m still able to navigate to that preview. Maybe I’m missing something…

Thanks, I can’t attach any screenshots here but I am using an iPhone 4 on safari. The main issue is the navigation overlapping the logo, there are also a few spacing issues on mobile in the blog pages. You seem to have great support so I will purchase the theme and if the issues persist I will open a support ticket with screenshots ect. Thanks

- Theme options > Header: ‘Menu bar background image’ do not display.
*After adding an image, need to adjust these values: Position, Size, Repeat.
Sugestion: menu option > main menu next to the logo.

I have a pre-buy question.
On the masonry blog page, does it have to be multicoloured? I see you can set a theme colour (which seems to be yellow in the demo), but then the dates and meta of all the posts are different colours, I’d want them to all be pink.
Is that possible?
I’m just a bit conscious of buying and then it not being how I want it

Thank you for your kind comments! The post colors are entirely optional and they can be used only if you need them (so the answer is yes to your question).
About the portfolio question: the answer is yes too (you can combine all the portfolio pages options that you see on the preview).
