I use stretch row for my above the fold content. I’ve noticed after the last update to theme loading of stretched rows has been slow – very slow. It looks awkward. I’m trying to figure out what the core issue is… If you would take a look. You’ll see the awkward row load. Let me know what you think I should do.

I have a question reg. the PORTFOLIO GRID:

I have activated EQUAL HEIGHTS, but that does not affect the height of the “excerpt box” (the text box beneath the chosen picture).

How can I create a nice looking grid that has equal heights for “picture + text” (no matter how long that text is)?

I am trying to implement a gallery of single images that load a custom lightbox of multiple images, just like your ‘Gallery Lightbox’ example on this page: http://totaltheme.wpengine.com/base/visual-composer/advanced-lightbox/

While this works fine on non-mobile devices, both my images and your example cause an issue on an iPhone. If you touch the image to scroll the screen, it launches the lightbox. This doesn’t happen for the other three examples on your ‘advanced lightbox’ page – just the ‘Gallery Lightbox’ example. Is there any way to fix this? On portrait iPhone screens, my main images are full screen with no gaps between (which is what I want), so there is no other area to touch to scroll.

I just noticed when I click on the pin it social share button underneath my client’s blog it pulls up the paragraph tag and the first paragraph of the blog with a closing paragraph tag in the description area for Pinterest. I’m currently using the Yoast SEO plugin but even after I turn the plugin off, I get the same result. Is there anyway to get it to pull up the title or at minimum at least take away the paragraph tags with the text? Thanks!

Hi, first of all, I love this theme. It has everything, but it’s still simple to adjust.

But something strange just happened. The Customize page just blank all of a sudden. I’ve tried to uninstall the theme and install it again but it’s still just a blank page (I just see the heading and the Save-button). What can have happened? I can do the most adjustment in my css in the top field (which is so much easier than a child theme) but I need do add different logotypes for retina and mobil and don’t know how to do that now.

And for your knowledge, I have found some bugs.

I changed the name of the Portfolio using Post Type Editor. The category pages stopped working after that. Just got a 404 if I tried view the pages. They started working again after I took away my altered named slug. There’s no problem with an alternative slug on the actually portfolio page.

If I split a row into 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4, then change it to 2/4 + 1/4 + 1/4, the first half looks great in Visual composer, but when viewed otherwise it’s a full row and the two 1/4 are on the next row. Work if it’s 1/2 + 1/4 + 1/4. The same happen if it 1/6 + 4/6 + 1/6 instead of 1/6 + 2/3 + 1/6.

Hi. I am designing my client’s website with Total Theme, and I am trying to filter the portfolio content, but the theme (or the browser – not sure) is not allowing me to filter. I tried to update Woocommerce within the Total theme and suddenly Woocommerce was gone altogether from the Admin page and also from the list of installed plugins. My complete shop is gone. The shop page now just shows the homepage. I also have Woocommerce Bookings installed which also needed an update. When trying this it says that Woocommerce is installed but not activated and points to a page with required plugins. When trying to activate Woocommerce it shows “The plugin does not have a valid header.” What can I do? This is urgent as customers have no access to my shop and I’m running a promotion at the moment.

I’m working within the visual composer. I no longer receive a choice when attempting to filter either staff or portfolios by category. The Include Categories Exclude Categories options have no fields below them and are simply listed in plain text. Please help as quickly as possible.

The icons are no longer functional on the site for some reason. It has almost like a place holder.

site is as follows: www.weddingsnmedia.com If you scroll through the site you will notice places that would have had icons are replaces with some sort of a symbol that and some letters (such as F0 4B )

Is it possible to either:

1) Change the Arrow Navigation on the Carousels to use the Owl centered dots instead?

2) Override the VC Owl Theme Styling for the dots. It’s possible to get a carousel with dots by using the VC Element called Post Grid, but the dot styles are wrong and I am having trouble figuring out where to override them.

I tried sending a couple of messages to your email, but I am not receiving any answer…

I’ve got two problems:

1) Visual Composer not working in the front end editor. After making all the possible checks, I’ve discovered this happens only when I activate Woocommerce plugin. If I deactivate it, Visual Composer will work fine for the front end editor too.

2) Since the last update of your theme, the mobile menu is not showing the drop-down navigation links. That means it is impossible to navigate using the menu on a smartphone. This issue also replicates using Opera browser for PC or Safari on Mac, when minimized the window. It works fine for Chrome only when “toggle” option is selected in stead of sidebar. – I have the “Main” option selected for Mobile Alternative – I tried changing from toggle to sidebar view and vice-versa and both the smartphones and Opera will always show the sidebar view. Chrome shows both, but only toggle is functional.

How can be solved these two issues, please? I will appreciate receiving a quick reply.
