Hey guys! Thanks for you help on the last one. Now i need help again.
Client keeps asking for changes in the menu now they want something like this: http://i.imgur.com/itTbi8k.jpg (done in photoshop)
I can’t find a way to insert the lines on the sides of the menu.
I’ve been testing with an offline version (since i can’t test this on the live version of the site) and was able to change the width of the menu container to just the size i need for the menu items. Now i just need to be able to insert the line one the sides.
I’ve been using and doesn’t work,

I’m trying to customize the header graphic area on the sub-pages only – I have that figured out.
There is some CSS coming in from somewhere that for the life of me I cannot seem to locate even using Firebug.
I have all the CSS removed and have just a light gray background color coming from somewhere – any thoughts?

I think you are asking for ROW background. We are using background settings from Visual Composer directly. You can set Background image from “Design Options” tab. Please see screenshot given below:

Hey there,
Client wants to delete the “details” link when you hover over the Portfolio image. SO that only the lightbox link is the only option.
In other words, I don’t want that “Chain -link” icon to appear when you roll over the image. I only want the “image” icon – or the lightbox option to appear.
How do I do that?

You can hide the link via CSS code. Here is the code:

}
Just paste this code in Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Custom Code > CSS Code box. This will remove the link.

Client asked me to take off that animation when hover the menu (the line that shows up above the menu item when hovering). I tried to find it on css and couldn’t. Can you help me hide it?
I was thinking to make it the same color as background or display:none on css but can’t find it in the code

Hi, I have updated the theme as per the envato toolkit in order to fix the link bug. However, it still isn’t fixed? Everytime I try to define a url for a button to link to – it adds the link then throws me back to the buton and url: undefined. I have a lot of buttons on the site and cannot get this to work. This bug is from Visual Composer plugin and not in our theme. So you also need to update Visual Composer plugin too.
So after update theme, please update the Visual Composer plugin by following steps described on this link:http://howes.thememount.com/documentation/faq.html#faq-6
(If you cannot see update message as described on this page, than just go to “Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins” section and follow the steps)

There is no direct option to do this. But you can do this by custom JS code. Here is the code:

I added a text layer to revolution slider, in the text layer i pasted a contact form 7 code which works well on the desktop version of the website but when i access it on a mobile device the contact form in the slider is huge. How can i make the contact form in the slider smaller on mobile?

We haven’t set Contact Form 7 in Revolution slider so it is not responsive. We recommend you to use bootstrap class in the form so it will be responsive. Here are some guides:

I’m currently checking our client’s website across multiple browsers and multiple devices before going live.
I can send you a screen shot is possible, but when viewing the home page on an iPad, the theme mount service box on the right is cropped off the screen.

In addition to the above, I’ve just discovered that for the News page, when viewed in Firefox on a PC laptop, the blog posts align to the right of the window and overlap the right sidebar.

Hi i´m interested in this theme and we like it. is it possible to “animate” the pictures on the home screen, like moving them some pixels left or right or zoom in a little bit? we would like to do something like this: http://sonja.hachenberger.vivere-bildung.de/trainerin-coach/ but in the other theme, the problem is that the images are not fixed at the top and so we have these bad results. I keep getting an error after uploading the howes folder theme files. I’ve tried re-downloading a few times and still get this error message. Please help.
Here’s the error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/content/z/a/r/zarts81/html/spinalrc/wp-content/themes/howes/inc/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1140I went ahead and uploaded a class-tgm-plugin-activation.php from a different theme I own, and your theme then worked fine. Not sure if anyone else has run into this problem. Please still let me know your reply since it may help others.

Yes the TGM Pluign Activator had some bug and we just released new version with updated version of this file. It will be available in our next update.
Also this error will appear if old version of PHP on your server. Make sure your server is working on PHP v5.4 or newer version so this error will not appear.
