You can add new ROW, on ROW setting add row background -> and then you can drag any builder item on it.

The theme provide .POT file in /language/ but you can translate the theme more easy with loco plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

How do I get the header with topbar setting enabled?
I looked through all the theme options and couldn’t find anyway to change the header from the default business version.

Go to Theme Option -> Header.
Make sure you are running the latest version of the theme.
It’s hosting issue for sure.

Please try to contact your web hosting provider again and let them look for that issue because the theme author can’t do anything about that.
If they don’t help then you will need to move to a better hosting provider to get better support, like asmallorange hosting.

The error will happen with other premium theme which has premium slider, page builder that required more memory as well.
Move to better hosting provide is the best option.
Is it possible to use a transparent header on the posts-archive and post detail pages? When i set the page options to a transparent header it becomes white.

How do I use “Post Grid” element in Visual Composer to display related Projects? It only has options for related Pages or Posts. “Projects” is not available. Any suggestions? Thank you.

First, this looks to be an really cool theme. What is the state of compatibility with WordPress 4.2? I’m seeing WordPress 4.1 listed as the preferred version? I have a client I pitch this to a few months ago, but now with the WP4.2 release I want to make sure I can still use this moving forward and support isn’t dead moving forward because of incompatibility. I am hoping to get a solution for below,
1. I have 3 main Menus in the header menu for services we offer. Each menu has 2-3 sub-menus. I would like the side bar to only show the sub menus of the same header menu not all the menus in the sidebar.

You can add new menu that contain your 2 – 3 submenu.
Hope I understand it correct.
Sorry I meant when I am in one of the service page, I would like to see only the sub-menus in the left side bar. By default it shows me all the pages exists on the site. Does it make sense?
Please create a new Menu and then drag Custom Menu widget into Service Widget area.
You can control which page are display by control your new Menu.

I have a problem with the Visual Composer plugin, when I try and create a link on any Visual Composer Element, for example on the Featured boxes on the home page, Visual Composer keeps defaulting the link back to the home page.
Is there a fix for this

how can I add the dotted overlay to images in visual composer? when I add the the class to the row, the whole page has the effect and the targeted row disappears :/
What does you mean by Dotted Overlay ?
It’s where a 2×2px black pixel image is added over an image to give it a darker appearance so white text is easier to read. It’s normally done with css. When i add my custom css class to visual composer class it puts the overlay over the entire site, but not the image. CSS: .dot-matrix { background: url(images/dotoverlay.png); height: 100%; width: 100%; position: fixed; top: 0; z-index: 1 }
