I guess one of the MSO tags are deleted in the code whats causing a problem in microsoft Outlook. Hi mediakliqco,

From the themebuilder you are able to export to plain html / mailchimp or campaign monitor format. With a e-mailservice like mailchimp etc you are able to import these export files into these services, save and sent it out.

I understand your confusion. The tab menu “Change Background” is unnecessary in Notify because you can change everything in the tabs Not 1 / Not 6. The patterns are not working in this email and we will delete this tab in the very soon future so it makes it easier to understand for everybody. Drop us an email to: support[at]rocketway.net if you have some further questions or if you want us to assist you with Notify.

Hm… Is there a way to remove backgrounds in the builder?

Hi,

Upload a transparant 1px image and enter it in the background image URL you want to delete.
You can use this URL: http://www.rocketway.net/transparant_px/no_visible.png

Now open the Notification tab in the left menu and you’ll see “Behind the BG Image:”. Click on it and change the color you like.

if user does not have a html and supports only plain text how to add plaint text alternative into this template?

Thank you for your interest. Gmail app for Android strips the CSS so it makes it almost impossible to make it 100% compatible with this app. Maybe in a next update they will support it, but this is out of our hands..

Thank you for the purchase. In the item description you can read how to use the Themebuilder for Notify. In this theme the tab button “Change Background” won’t have effect because you can change everything in the tabs “Notification 1/6”.

Info about Notify

Notify comes as a package with 6 Notification mails, you can easily drag&drop or hide the ones you don’t like and export this file. In the Themebuilder in the left menu you’ll see 6 tabs numbered from 1/6. Choose your Notification Email and style it with this tab. Use the top button “Change background images” to change your background images. Gmail doesn’t support CSS for background images so the bg image can’t stretch in their system. To fix this: upload a large background image (ex. 1800px width) Outlook doesn’t support background images, in their system you’ll see a solid background color or your choice.
