Hello, im sure you have answered this question many times.
Is there any way to modify the font for the main navigation/menu ?
And when i use the cute 3d slider it seems to go across the whole page, it doesn’t fit in the detentions i set up in the slider options.

You can make changes to the menu font by going to Theme Options > Styling Options scroll down to the “Custom CSS” box and use below.

If you’re using the 3d slider in the custom header option you can use the below which is what I used in preview. Replace [cuteslider id=”1”] with your slider shortcode.

Or maybe is there a way to add the Recent Work photo/header/text in box style (with the mouse over effect on the photo) separately on a page section?

Currently there is only support for all recent works I may update it to have categories so that would be possible.
You can use column shortcodes to make up like the recent works.

Yes you can edit that by going to Appearance > Editor and select the functions.php file find the function below.

Within this function you can change the messages.

I haven’t seen your site, but try to go to Settings > Reading and make sure “Front Page Displays” is set to “Your Latests Posts”.

I have two questions that I am sure have ben answered before. 1) Where is the code to modify the appearance of the mouseover effect on the Recent Works/Portfolio thumbnails? I may want to change-remove the icons.
2) On Recent Works we add multiple images through the “upload slider images” and they work fine in the initial pop-up , but when you click through to the project link you only see one image.

1 – If you go to the Theme Options > Works or Portfolio Options you can remove the link icon, change colors, etc.
2- When you go to a single page, it should be displayed as a slider.

Right now, my navigation bar doesn’t seem to fit on 1 line in the tablet size—even though even at 480 width there should be enough room to fit all the nav items. I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out where to change the navigation bar css so that it all fits for tablet sizes.

I am trying to add another item (a “link) to the contact-info list (address/email/phone). I am having a difficult time finding the code the generates that list so I can add a “link” type to it so it renders as a list-item in that list. Where is this located in the code?

Not to sure on the admin panel update, I have been thinking of some more options to add to it.
There is sample data included with the theme, you can find this in the main download go into ninezeroseven_WP_v2.6/ folder. Info on importing can be found in the documentation folder.

If I may suggest, rather than adding new options, I would prefer having a template control panel using the nice Template Customization API instead of the actual one (which looks quit old compare to what I’ve used on the latest Graph Paper Press and Pexeto templates).

The tagline is set up in the header options, I used to have it set up through general settings but changed it.
There is a external link option for portfolio and recent works which adds a globe icon when moused over for the external link.

Is there a way to sort page sections for display on the home page? They seem to only display in the order I’ve created them… and if I want to switch them around I have to do a lot of cut and paste?!
UPDATE: Nevermind, figured it out… must create a menu, enable page sections, select the menu for the theme, then you can control by drag / drop menu items.
