RE: Return Policy. I was going to purchase this theme for my wife’s website, and she bought it herself by accident. Can you re-associate the purchase with my Themeforest account? Or alternatively issue a refund so I can repurchase under my Themeforest account? Either approach would work.

I’m trying to register my purchased theme, but it says “License Already Registered”. Yes, I’ve recently installed this theme – and registered it, of course – but I’m in need to register again. What can I do to solve this issue?
This is really a bummer. Trying to work on my website, but I can’t! Yes, I’ve registered once on the same domain, but I got issues on my web server, so I need to install it again, on another folder, so I will be able to work on the new construction to then delete the old site. On the same server, same domain.

Hey guys. Thanks for the quick reply and mostly to get it done. I have another question, though: the reason I’m reinstalling the theme is that the WP Bakery on my previously installation has completely stopped working – not just that, now I can’t even have the ‘default’ (Classic) WP edit interface. It all looks so “wrong”, impossible to edit. Whenever I try to update WP Bakery, it says I have to buy a license from them. My question is: will this happen again on this new installation? And: is there a way I can reinstall WP Bakery without having to buy their license? (since this plugin does come with your package). Thanks.

1. I have my old favicon that somehow i am seeing in this theme, how to get rid of the favicon or replace it that i still see it from previous theme came into this theme somehow…
2. I want to replace 3 background images. I am using creative demo V2. how do I get rid of the parachute background image? The top background image (a man in black), and the background image where a person is climbing the building
3. The bottom contact us section i do not see it in wp page backery builder, or in back end. how do I edit that? I want to remove “purchase the 907 theme below contact, and replace few things like scrolling logos etc.
