Hi! I come to register my indignation against this seller and this topic. I bought the theme, helped to translate it into my language and now the seller simply does not respond to the problem. Theme no longer works with me as if it was locked to my domain. I was asked to redo my entire site with another theme. Support did not respond at all. So I don’t recommend buying this theme for lack of support and response from the seller.

SUPPORT CONTINUES WITH NO RESPONSE TO THE PROBLEMS OF THIS ALPHA THEME. WE PURCHASED A THEME TO USE AND NOT FOR IT TO BE BLOCKED AFTER ONE YEAR.

Hello: After the last theme update the site doesn’t open anymore. It is just loading and does not open. Here’s a link to the website:

http://solidmidia.com.br/ If activating another theme works. But if I put the Alpha theme it doesn’t open. Disabling all plugins doesn’t work either. This indicates that the problem is only with the theme. I use PHP 7.2 and WordPress 5.8.

Theme was working for several months then last week (january 2021) noticed site was not displaying properly. My developer said “the issue with shortocde, after wordpress update, some shortcode stopped functioning, Please let me know if you have latest version of theme”. Is there an update or do you know how we can fix?

I purchased a theme Alpha Dot which uses WPBakery Page Builder (The purchase code is 98cc830d-1038-45b4-a049-11f75d40df56). WPBakery Page Builder has a update available and I’m not able to access it. I searched info regarding this matter and I found out “If you got WPB in a theme, that means that theme author has a license and only he/she can download latest versions of WPB and include it in the theme. The theme installation failed. The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

How do I edit the Portfolio settings? For example, I do not want the slider to automatically rotate. Also, all the social media icons appear for each portfolio item even if I do not have a URL in the field.

I am having issues with this theme. Here are the issues I have run into so far:

1. Footer Socials – For some reason, there is an extra LinkedIn icon that links to the Facebook URL. Also, I would like to replace the Pinterest Icon with Youtube.

2. VG Blog Carousel – When I add this element into a page, the settings for it do not load. Then, if I insert the element and save the page, the page will not load.

3. One Page Template – If I select to use “one page” template for a page, the page will not load.
