My slideshow on the home page doesn’t work. I imported the demo, everything seems to be there, but not the slideshow.

When I try to install plugins like in the video, there is this line coming up :

No plugins are available to be installed at this time.

and if I try activate :

Nothing’s happenning or “please go activate to another website….”

I haven’t been in the admin area for about 6 month. But recently I noticed that the logo was missing from the website. When I go into the admin to ANANKE OPTIONS

The left side buttons load ie: logo, header, blog… etc.

But the right side of page stays blank.

any ideas? the db seems to be fine.

i have some issues displaying the contact form on ios/mac devices. the drop down menu features on the forms are not functional using this theme.

Good morning, my old webmaster who started creating my wordpress site bought for me your theme ANANKE (including Visual Composer and slide revolution plugins bundle), now visual composer is update more than 1 year before and i have some problem using it i suppose because not updated visual composer.When i click in visual composer update say me retrieve ACTIVATION and go to Envato site to log in, i have no any info for this site, we left our old webmaster then we don’t know nothing about Envato, please help me to get my visual composer updated ASAP, the only info we can provide you is that my site who use your them Ananke is http://myvenicetransfer.com thank you in advance for your assistance.

if i rename in folder THEMES my theme ANANKE that i always used in ananke-old (or smthing else) then i can enter to my dashboard WP,obviously now i still have white page but with wrotten: catalog ANANKE not available. How to fix it? (i have not backup now) if i go in themes and i ACTIVATE again ANANKE i will lose all impaginations of pages?i wait for urgent reply,thank you.

Honestly, I did not check for WooCommerce support before I purchased this theme and now I am struggling to make it work.

I have done some code editing from the recommendations I got from some forums but it’s still now working fine.

Is this something you can help with?

I’d be very glad of you could help with that because I cannot imagine purchasing another theme and starting the website setup all over again.

Hello there, I have an issue with the OT slideshow element. The slideshow loads before the whole page loads and shows for a few seconds which is really irritating.
