HI Im getting error on the visual composer, and I think is because the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin has and update that is not compatible with actual theme. The below message is what I’m getting.
“There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 4.4.2 details.”
PLease let me know when you will be updating the theme.

Hi, again the version we install is really old. Bellow are the updates for the Visual Composer: Page Builder for WordPress. Im getting error on pages and galleries, etc….
You may probably need to update the Composer so the theme start working as they was meant to be….
I love the theme design but The update is require.

I do love this theme, well done
The only thing im not keen on is the support.
In my opinion, if you do not have a support site then you could at least answer the support questions on here so that others who run into similar issues have somewhere to go for a quick answer rather than having to contact you and await you reply, would also take some of the strain off of you.
I am considering purchasing this theme but can see there is an issue with video responsiveness on mobiles and people having issues with slides. If I knew the answers were on here or on a support site then I would not have any issues purchasing.
As it is I think I will have to bite the bullet and purchase, but just a little advice, consider either a knowledgebase or answering the questions openly to help those who have purchased.

yes, this theme had some issues but we updated theme and fixed them.
and video responsive on mobile( iphone, ipad), it can not fixed. I said before.

Ok, seems now that I added an “OT moving background slider” myself to the page, the image editing of the original “OT moving background slider” became visible. I didn’t see it there before.
Is there somewhere I can control the map zoom ?

Hello, I have some pre-sales questions that I would like answered.
1. On iPhone and iPad, the work items do not show correctly when hovered over. The hover is not centered, and the buttons do not show. How can this be fixed?
2. How can you load more work items instead of showing all of them? This needs to be an option. You should be able to show a select number of work items, and allow users to load the rest if they want. Can this be added?
3. The video in the About Us section doesn’t show on mobile phones. It is just a blank space. It should at least show an image in it’s place. Is that possible? Showing a blank space doesn’t look good.
4. Is it possible to answer most support questions here so that people can find answers to problems they may encounter? That would also help reduce the number of support emails you have to respond to, because they can find the answers here on their own.
Additionally, how does the menu support child menus? What style and functionality is available for it?
I want to stress the importance of #1 (and #2) above. They are very essential to companies who need potential clients to see their work. If this cannot be viewed properly, it could mean losing business. So, how can these be fixed?

Answer: You can add background image for box video and show on mobile.

You can update new version and setup logo size: in theme option -> logo & favicon setting -> enter with x height for your logo.
